They are very friendly with an experienced staff. I always feel sure that my pet is in caring professional hands when she gets her grooming done here.

Cannot say enough good things about this business. We have a very nervous and fearful dog who can act out aggressively at times. We contacted the owner who encouraged us to bring in our pup just to spend the day to feel more comfortable. They were patient, kind, and made such a difference with our man! He was able to be groomed and bathed with no issues at all! Can’t recommend them enough!

Great customer service and they do a great job! My only complaint is the hours can be a little hard to get your pup to and from and they don’t do appointments from what I understand. I hope they’re able to explains their drop off times in the future as they continue to grow. We love taking our dog here.

I only needed my fur babies hair trimmed around the face. The ladies here were so sweet and listened to me. My baby is 16 and can't stay long anywhere especially in a crate. They took such good care of him today. Would definitely recommend.

I love that I can walk in with my fur baby and pick him up later without an appointment. I've been twice and have had a great experience both times. Awesome staff and great price. You won't be disappointed! I wouldn't take Smooch anywhere else!
