Petco Grooming

We had a great experience with all 3 of our pups. They were well taken care of and did better than they have ever done getting groomed prior. They even took special care of the youngest when she had some nerves. Very appreciative of the service and will be back!

Really good grooming service! They left my dog looking very nice and did better than our last grooming place. Will definitely be coming back to them!

My groomer was very nice but McKenzie the person that work at the front desk was VERY RUDE. I was appalled that while speaking to her she hung up in my face. I will called corporate office and report this behavior. My dog had bed. Coming to Petco for over 4 years and I’ve never seen her. Jaime has groomed my dog and has never spoken to a customer in this manner. I am looking for another place to go

Our Lola needed lots of tender love and care when we dropped her off but you made her shiny and new again! Great job!

The groomer Dee should not be working with people or animals. Very rude. Does not like her job I guess. We arrived like 10 minutes early. That’s all she wanted to talk about. Never greeted us or our dog. We asked her to call a certain number when he was ready. She didn’t. We called 3 hours later. She had called another number. When we asked if our dog was ready she said well you were early this morning. What does that have to do with whether my dog is ready? We paid a lot of money. He didn’t get a good haircut. Now we know why they have so many openings at this location. Back to 280 location for us

When I arrived to pick up my dog the lady was in the back in the bathroom and so the other lady told me to just go pay. I waited about 20 min while she was in the back. So I went and paid and when the lady got back that was suppose to have done my dog she said she wasn’t able to do anything because Penny would not let her. I wanted a potty trail and nail grinding, bath and teeth brushing. She said she did the bath and teeth brushing but that’s it. I brought her there because y’all did such a good job before. The only thing that appeared to be done was her bath her teeth smelled awful. I tipped her before knowing what an awful job she had done. I paid $65 for basically a bath. I will not be back!!

The groomers need help.. there is no one to receive you, since groomers are in the back , so I waited with my dog for a while! Secondly , after he was groomed ,jaime , the groomer told me that my dog ( a Shih tsu) would need to be taken to a vet clinic next time , and be sedated…..for his grooming ,because he tried to bite her when she was doing his paws. He is a senior dog. He has been going to groomers his whole life, and no one has ever told me this ! Maybe it was just a bad experience for my dog and the groomer… they were clearly over booked and stressed out
