I just wanted to say today we lost our sweet Lucy. And if you have a senior dog with issues please read this. Our elder Lucy had some potty issues towards the end. The groomery told us we couldn’t come back bc of that, or until she was better, she wasn’t getting better. . We took her to precision pet styles, they didn’t mind, her issues, they took such great care. And loved on her so much she never even had a bad accident there, bc they get you in and out in an hour or so. I’m just saying, the groomery was fine until our dog had issues. Then they were rude and dismissive. Just love your babies. And take them where they will be loved.

I have two standard poodles and would trust absolutely no one else in the Birmingham area with them! Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She always treats my dogs like her own. She and Nicole greet us with smiling faces in the morning during drop off and always communicate changes or needs with us in a timely and professional manner. I have taken my blonde girl to the Groomery since she was a puppy and I am absolutely positive no one else could have tamed her crazy self. My dogs look forward to their spa days at the Groomery!! Natalie & Nicole are the best.

The only place I’ll bring my poodles to! Natalie takes the time to make my slightly skittish girl feel comfortable and happy, and I can always be confident in the fact that they’ll come home looking fantastic. Natalie has worked with us even when life hits hard and things aren’t perfect (a couple mats or running a little late), which I appreciate so much.

Natalie has been Boots groomer for 3 years now and when I tell you she's the best...SHE'S THE FRIGGIN BEST! Boots always gets so many compliments on how perfect her cut is even after months she still looks amazing. Petsmart COULD NEVERRR! If you want a clean, loving environment for your pet THIS IS THE PLACE... you won't be disappointed, I promise! Tell them Boots sent cha!

Natalie and her team at The Groomery & Co consistently do such an amazing job with our Australian Shepherd. We’ve been clients (or our dogs have been ha) for several years. Natalie has been with us through the loss of one of our dogs, additions of new pups, etc. The care she has for the animals she grooms is so evident in the job she does . Our Aussie is always so handsome when we leave here. We have a reoccurring appointment every 6 weeks and drive from Chelsea! Worth every single mile ha!

Both groomers at The Groomery have always loved my senior GSD and have always had the utmost genuine care and concern for her health and well being since they have known her! I would never take her to any other salon and let anyone else touch her because she doesn’t trust people so easily. I’m so thankful that The Groomery cares so much about the pets in their care because it’s so hard to find these days. Yall are the best and Kimber and I love yall!

I can’t say enough good things about Natalie! She treats my dogs with such kindness and care—it’s clear she genuinely loves what she does. Every visit, my pups come back looking great and feeling relaxed, which speaks volumes about how well she handles them. Natalie is not only skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly treats pets like family!
