Lettie is a cat with CP so she has messy issues with her bathroom time. Her cut and bath was perfect! Trimmed up nice and neat and smells like a vanilla ice cream cone! LoL

It was really good the first time we went for the self service dog wash. There was this one blonde worker who was so nice and helpful because we never been there before or knew what to do and she just made it so easy and helpful. The second time I brought my dog back for there services the vet does and idk it was just different then the first time. The Second Lady wasn’t friendly at all and honestly quit rude when you walk in and she does everything not to acknowledge you and just stares at you even when you smile directly at her. Just flat out rude like are you having that bad of a day you can’t even greet a customer? Then they took my dog in the back and I can hear her crying and the lady comes back and doesn’t even address it I had to bring it up and just her tone was so rude and made it so uncomfortable. I would honestly recommend to skip the services and take your pet to a legit groomer for those. And I get it the dogs get uncomfortable during an anal gland expression but most groomers acknowledge that to the owner. This lady tried playing off like she did something bad or that my dog was bad when she literally was crying in pain and I can hear her in the waiting area. It’s a good place but only for the self service wash I don’t really trust there groomers anymore after that.

The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The self service dog wash was so convenient and clean (until we dirty-ed it up) and had everything we needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Pet Evolution of Blaine! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My dog has anxiety, especially when it comes to kennels, and they were incredibly understanding about his needs. They took the time to reassure me and made me feel completely at ease about leaving him there. It means so much to know your pet is in compassionate, capable hands—and that’s exactly how they made us feel. The whole team was helpful, patient, and truly wonderful to work with. And of course, he came home looking amazing! We all enjoyed spa day, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🐾

I booked this grooming appointment over a week ago, and the groomer called me an hour before my service asking for additional information. I’m already a Pet Evolution customer, and that kind of last-minute nonsense is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the receptionist I spoke to was very inconsiderate. I couldn’t possibly get home in time to provide what they needed. Not to mention, now my dog didn’t get groomed for a special event. This was my first visit to this location, but I guess I won’t be coming back. If you had time to call me an hour before, you had time to ask days ago. This was a terrible way to treat a loyal customer.

Pet Evolution - Blaine is AMAZING! We have seen Aliya for both of our Sheepadoodle’s grooms and each time has been great. Our puppy, Luna, is 5 months old and has never looked better after today’s groom with Aliya! Their employees are always so nice on the phone and accommodating, and their schedule is typically always open within 1-2 weeks. We have now completely switched all 5 of our animals to this location for their grooming needs and couldn’t be happier with their services. I highly, highly recommend Pet Evolution in Blaine as they are truly the best to work with both dogs and cats. It’s a relief to find somewhere close to home, and that we can trust with our babies. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them because they truly deliver every time. Thank you to the Pet Evolution - Blaine team and especially to Aliya who does a phenomenal job on all of the grooms. ❤️

I am so happy with my cat’s bath and haircut. He gets an annual beauty day at Pet Evolution to help control matting and keep his hiney clean. Plus, he looks adorable when he is done. They treat him well and do a great job of his grooming. I’m have taken him other places and have been disappointed. pet Evolution is fantastic!
