Kristiana does a great job with our Jameson. Our boy gets so exited to see her. Clearly an animal lover. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I want to thank Kelly for being so amazing with our two scaredy-cats (scaredy-dogs is more accurate) this evening. Our big guy was more nervous than normal and wouldn’t even walk back. She scooped his 60 pound butt up and took care of him. He was just fine once he was on the table. My two crazy dogs always get a little over dramatic about nail trims. She kept them both happy and got the job done! They even got bandanas for their courage. 😊

my dog had not been groomed for a few months and and his body was matted. That does not mean you should shave off his beard and mustache and eyebrows as well as shave his tail bare. The price was outrageous----$120. I'm ashamed that I didn't challenge the price.

Why is there a nine dollar charge for equipment on top of the nail trim? When they just use a hand trimmer, are we buying a new trimmer for you every time a dog gets its nails hand trimmed? Also, it would be nice if groomers were to cut their nails Down instead of just the very tips off I’ve noticed that my dogs could have a lot more cut off and have to go in way too often. Which is why I’m wondering if they do that so you get more Business?

I have been having my little dog groomed at PetCo for a long time, but this time I was disappointed. My dog’s eyes were crusty. Her ears hadn’t been brushed as hair was stuck together. The face fur was uneven. Overall I was not happy with the results and I paid a lot including a 20% tip. I probably will not go back.

My Groomer Kelley is amazing. The pups have been with her for years and love her to pieces. My frustration is I sent my 17-year-old son to drop off the dogs, and the manager would not allow him to drop them off stating he wasn't old enough. Super frustrating and a huge inconvenience. We have been coming for years, and everyone knows us there, so this was and is ridiculous. Kelley figured out how to get them in and took care of everything. Perhaps promote her to a manager. She loves the animals and treats the customers with great respect! Give her a raise!

Go here all the timeand they do a great job most of the time. On one occasion they royally messed up my dogs cut. They fixed his cut and reimbursed me the money paid. I tipped the 2nd stylist well and we continue to go there knowing if it goes awry they will make up to us. Great customer service.
