Great first time experience. Melissa was so nice and did a great job with our miniature poodle. We'll be back.

Just returned from Melissa and couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and sheer warmth that she showed towards my dog. I have a 13 year-old dachshund that has low back issues and she fully understood and respected all of my fur-mama concerns. She also reached out when the evil hair-dryer caused my pup to become incredibly anxious and was accommodating and thoughtful with her problem-solving. I have found my new groomer and am so happy and at ease knowing that Lily is in good hands 🙂

Melissa is a joy to work with. The cut was perfect - we didn't want it too short like so many do at the chain stores. There were some knots, etc. that had to be dealt with and instead of just shaving, she worked around the issues. She was watching some other dogs, so our dog had a lot of fun just hanging out at her place while I drove over after she was done. (She said our dog was worn out from playing so much!). Great work. Wow! My 65 pound dog hates getting his nails trimmed. Melissa and her husband with Prime Cuts Grooming were the quickest with the best rates of anywhere I’ve ever found and all I had to do was wait for a few minutes in my car and then it was done. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Melissa had groomed our dogs for years, they are much happier to go there than they were going elsewhere. I would give her a 1090 percent! Pricing is fair and dogs are happy!
