Pet Supplies Plus Bolingbrook - Weber

Eladio was Bella’s groomer today, and he did a fantastic job. Always pleased coming to the Weber Rd location. Great store, great people.

This review is for the grooming services. Over 6 times in less than a year I have walked in to use the Walk In nail trim services only to find them not open during hours they were supposed to be, closed completely, closed early or understaffed and not able to service the walk in customers they claim to be able to do. I was told to call ahead (which negates the walk in policy). I’m likely taking my grooming services elsewhere that is more consistent with their policy and hours. This is frustrating to say the least.

I was a bit disappointed in the service I received I wanted to purchase a hamster however it seemed like the two staff who were working they didn’t seem to interested in helping me, the person at the register called for someone to come to the back of the store to assist me with the purchase but no one showed, so I bought the bird food that I needed told the cashier that no one came to assist me, she replied with sorry and that was it, there was no let me get someone to help you, so very disappointed in the customer service provided by the Weber rd pet supplies plus here in Bolingbrook Il. probably take me business elsewhere.

Dog was area is filthy and not kept clean. Presented my concerns to the woman manager... ABSOLUTELY RUDE ! Says she is unaware of the dog was condition. Never introduced herself, and walked away during conversation. I was polite and too the point. All she did was deference responsibility. Pet Supplies Plus owners Bolingbrook!!! Are you that desperate to hire this kind of manager? Are you that ignorant to not come in and inspect the condition of your store! There are really no words for this RUDE ENTITELED woman. I don't know her name because she never introduced herself when presenting herself to me. This kind of managerial behavior caused another local pet store nearby a mass exodus of customers and employees. REALLY! I would say more but I know it will be business as usual.

Great Store!!! Awesome variety of Food, Treats and Dog supplies. Good prices plus nice amount of sale items week to week. Great friendly Customer service with big smiles. Have grooming services available too!

We had a great experience with our dog’s grooming! Koda, did a wonderful job and our dog Lilly, looked and smelled amazing afterward!!!!! The groomer, Koda, was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the dogs they work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable groomer!!!!!

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I try to go there mostly when I have coupons since I feel they are a little pricey.
