Petco Grooming

Sabrina is always excellent to work with! Such a professional and so kind to my golden retriever Henry. I highly recommend going to Petco for your grooming, especially for the deep shed bath and trims!!

UPDATE January 2026: So, our favorite groomer relocated to TN, and we are very sad that she did, BUT Sarah who took over grooming our dogs is as awesome! She is wonderful and really took good care of our puppies! We will continue bringing out pups here as they are always cared for and treated well at this Petco location! We love this Petco location! Our groomer for over 2 years now (Tanya) is the bomb! She is awesome! My pups (Dude and Daisy) loves her!

Sabrina took great care of my little Fresita during her first nail trimming & buffing session. We will be back and hope to have Sabrina again for whatever services are needed. She was super sweet and knowledgeable about their services. And even shared the best time of a day to come in.

I had a wonderful experience at the groomer with my dog .The staff was kind, professional, and truly attentive to every detail. My pups looked amazing after their grooming session, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s clear they care deeply about the animals they work with. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the Petco grooming in Brandon are always so helpful! We usually just do nail trim and teeth brushing since he is short hair. Our dog always does very well with the groomers here since they are always so kind and caring! He even got a bandana one time!

⭐ 1-Star Review Let me start by saying Lucy’s haircut turned out nice, and I appreciate the groomer’s work on that end. However, I am leaving this review with one star because of the poor customer service and lack of communication I experienced. Lucy’s grooming appointment took five hours, which was already much longer than I’m used to. When I dropped her off, I was quoted $121 and signed a form the groomer said was just for consent to groom. I was told there might be a small additional fee of $5–10 for matting if they found any, but Lucy should be fine. When I returned to pick her up, my total was $188 a huge jump from what I was quoted. No one called to notify me about the extra charges or to get my approval. I was then told I had been charged for an "extra-large dog" rather than a "large dog," plus a $15 matting fee, even though no one mentioned any of this beforehand. When I brought up my concerns, the three employees at the counter just stood there with no apology, explanation, or attempt to adjust the bill. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The only reason I gave Petco a try was because of the weekend availability, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. My usual groomer finishes in two to three hours and charges a flat $120 with no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I will not be returning after this experience.
