Best Friend Grooming

It’s such a rare thing to find people who truly love what they do and have dedicated their whole lives to it. You can feel the passion and care the moment you walk in. What made it even more special is that it’s a couple running the place and they both clearly adore dogs. My puppy fell in love with them instantly and honestly didn’t even want to leave. That says everything. I’m so grateful for the love, patience, and attention they gave my little one. It wasn’t just grooming, it was real care❤️I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much 🤍

You could make it more about how the experience felt rather than alleging specific actions: This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had with a business that cares for animals. I left feeling genuinely upset and worried. The atmosphere was tense, the staff were aggressive and confrontational, and any concern or question was met with hostility rather than professionalism. Instead of making me feel confident that animals were being cared for properly, the entire experience had the opposite effect. When you’re leaving your pet with someone, trust is everything. Unfortunately, I did not feel that trust here. The way staff interacted with customers was intimidating and unprofessional, and it made me question how they treat animals when owners aren’t present. I walked away feeling uneasy, disappointed, and concerned. Based on my experience, I would not trust this place with my pet.

Absolutely unacceptable treatment of dogs. During our visit, I witnessed staff lifting a dog by its collar, causing obvious discomfort and distress. When I raised concerns, rather than handling the situation professionally or adjusting their approach, I was told that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the employees. The staff were aggressive, confrontational, and completely dismissive of legitimate concerns about an animal’s welfare. Instead of listening or showing any compassion, they became defensive and rude. The combination of rough handling and hostile customer service was shocking. Anyone trusting this business with their pet should be aware of how concerns are treated and how animals may be handled.

Amazing experience!!! Came here for the first time with our miniature schnauzer and they did such a great job with him. He’s usually a very nervous dog but the owners/groomers were so sweet and made him feel so calm. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be coming back! 🙂

Great husband and wife team. They work well together and the owner always call me to confirm my appointment next day. Book ahead and pay cash. We been here about 6times now and everytime my dog has a good cute. The cuts can change a little sometime. Make sure to show her your favorite and they will stay with that everytime. Inside is small and I suggest you book Thursday or Friday. They seems to be less busy on a weekday and the cut is usually 4 hours to pick up. Crate only I think. My dog is chill in crate so I don’t mind and prefer.

If I could give this establishment 1000 stars I would. My Shih Tzu hasn’t been groomed by a stranger and has been a stay at home dog for about 3 years due to the pandemic so he barks and even attempts to bite strangers if he senses danger. Yet, the lovely lady and her husband took on the task to groom my dog and went above and beyond so that I would leave satisfied despite his terrible behavior. I am very thankful and would recommend any and everyone to them. Your pet will be in the best of hands. Not to mention the amazing perfume they touched him up with and the adorable bandana. I’m in love , work was amazing.

Really happy with my cat’s haircut! Everything went so smooth. My cat was calm during this process. The groomer did such a great job. Very detailed, beautiful blend. I also really appreciated how they are true animal lovers. The wife was showing me photos of their own cats. 😻 5 ⭐️!
