Really good service here and the store is really clean.The pet groomer makes me feel like I got my requirements heard. She is really patient with my dog and I can feel that she really does care about the pets there. The grooming of my dog was perfect and the fur is so soft. I can feel she puts in a lot of effort and she does it with lots of love. I would definitely recommend my friends to this store. After all, who doesn’t like a clean store with an owner who actually cares about these furry friends .

I recently brought my dog here for a full grooming and was absolutely amazed, not only by how great my dog looked afterward, but also by the groomer’s professionalism. She was incredibly kind and patient, giving my anxious dog plenty of time to adjust. I could hear her speaking to him in a gentle, reassuring voice both before and during the grooming to help keep him calm. This speaks volume! Thank you for such a wonderful service!

I absolutely love bringing my fur babies here! The groomer is so sweet and patient with both my dog and my cat. After their spa day, they came back smelling so fresh and amazing! My kitty turns into a soft, fluffy cloud—like a little cotton candy ball! You can tell she really cares and treats them with so much love. Highly recommend! 💕🐾

It was an excellent experience. The beautician gave the most suitable style according to the type of my puppy. They cleaned and trimmed it very meticulously. Their movements were skillful and smooth. Both I and my puppy were very satisfied. My puppy also had a great time there. I think this is the most satisfactory shop I have ever encountered and it is worth recommending.

Had a great experience here! Took my dog in for a nail trim and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. The place is clean and well kept, and the prices are reasonable. I’d definitely come back for other services.

I’m always very satisfied with their work. Very attentive, and my dog is always happy at their place. They have great treatments too if you want to improve the state of your dog’s skin & fur.

does not follow instructions. I told the lady when I walked in that I only really wanted a trim and she was trying to show me different lengths of hair and i picked the one that was still the fluffiest. when I go to pick up my dog after 4 hours i’m hoping that he is still fluffy and he was completely bald when the lady asked me what I thought I told her it was too short and then she goes it’s not that short. his fur is completely gone and shorter she would have left him like a hairless cat. this is the last time I go here. honestly I should have walked off and not even paid anything but i’m not like that and I stupidly even tipped. also why does it take so long if you were just gonna shave him bald. cried the way home edit: yes I was shown a chart and I picked the longest length of hair which was the hand cut, owner advised this would be more expensive and that it wouldn’t be suitable and told me that the second longest length would be good . I told that even that was a bit short and that if it could be longer , i explained I wanted a fluffy look and owner even said that they also liked the fluffy look so i’m not sure how this could have been a miscommunication and my dog came out with the shortest length of fur on that chart
