The owner is incredibly friendly, clearly loves animals, and treats every pet—your fur baby or animal companion—with gentleness, patience, and care. The facility is spotless, calm, and very welcoming, making it a comfortable space for both pets and their humans. As a newer pet owner, I truly appreciated the thoughtful advice and guidance shared. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every fur friend, not just the grooming service itself. My cat really enjoy his time there—it feels more like a relaxing outing for him than a grooming appointment. The staff is kind, attentive, and amazing at what they do, treating every furry friend member with respect and love. I highly recommend Ipet Grooming & Spa to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and compassionate place for their pet or animal companion.

Very unpleasant experience. I brought my dog in today during the rain. When the groomer first approached us, my dog had an accident, and instead of reacting calmly she immediately started speaking to me in a rude and irritated tone, asking why I hadn’t walked my dog. I explained that we had walked, but because of the rain my dog didn’t manage to go to the bathroom in time. The groomer already seemed angry and irritated. When I started explaining how I wanted my dog groomed, she remained rude and impatient. Then she suddenly grabbed my dog and started brushing her very roughly, pulling the hair on her face in a way that looked painful. My dog became very scared. This was an extremely strange and upsetting encounter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. The groomer’s attitude was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you really care about your pet - I would not recommend this place.

I normally dont leave the reviews but i felt like this place needs to be recognized and people should know that their babies will be well taken care of and i highly recommend it. My dog never looked so cute, all the grooming services we had over the years but this place is the best and their prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you guys for making my baby girl look so cute and smell so great. I will be going back from now on.. this is the place for us…

It was our baby girl Lola first professional grooming. After reading the reviews, we picked the place and we are happy that we did. The one on one service is amazing, the cleanliness and the care attention that was given to our Lola. When I picked her up so beautiful my little angel. First time here. Loved it 😻Groomer was very friendly and professional! Clean place, they use good products. My pup felt so comfortable. Very cute after the haircut and smells great. Appreciate the patience she had on my puppy while it was him first time getting groomed. He fell in love with her we will coming here all the time!

We’ve taken our dog to this groomer several times, and the first few visits went fine. However, during the last visit, the dog wasn’t even trimmed—only washed and brushed—and we were told that we must come every 1.5 months, which we find unnecessarily frequent. When we reached out again later, the groomer refused to see us, saying that too much time had passed and that it was "unsafe." This feels inconsistent: previously they had no issue accepting us, but now they’ve refused without even trying to offer a solution. Overall, this was disappointing and not very customer-friendly.

I used to take my dogs to the groomer across the street before it closed down. The groomer who runs this new salon used to work there and she's the best! She's great with scheduling and from watching her groom my two babies, I can definitely tell that she knows what she's doing.
