They did an AMAZING job grooming. Our family dog Maxi was so matted when I brought him in. They were so caring, gentle, and kind. I will definitely come back and bring Maxi there for his regular groomings.

🌟 **Amazing Experience!** 🌟 Last month, I took my friend's dog to Pet City Grooming for a grooming session while I was temporarily taking care of him. The dog's fur was quite long and unkempt, and the kids had dyed some spots black. When I dropped the dog off, I was greeted by a cheerful and energetic woman. She was incredibly professional and caring. She made sure to take into account every detail so that the dog would be comfortable throughout the process. When I got back, I barely recognized the dog! His fur was perfectly trimmed and he looked very well-groomed. The joy and freshness in his eyes really amazed me. If you are looking for quality grooming for your pet, I highly recommend Pet City Grooming. They offer a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Amazing groomer! Took such great care of my dog Daisy, a Cocker Spaniel, who hates baths and tries to escape. Handled her with patience, skill, and a gentle approach. The result was perfect highly recommend!

Very pleased with their service. They absolutely adore animals and show love and compassion towards them. The receptionist provided great customer service. All employees are nice and they adore animals. My dog refused to leave and kept coming back to the groomer.

I brought my 5-month-old Cockapoo, Max, to Pet City Grooming for his very first grooming — and the experience was absolutely wonderful! I was a bit hesitant about choosing the right groomer since it was Max’s first time being groomed, but from the very first phone call to schedule the appointment, I knew he’d be in great hands. Ilana and Kate were amazing — so kind, gentle, and professional. Their calm demeanor instantly put both Max and me at ease. When I picked him up, he looked beautifully groomed and so happy. We can finally see the beautiful long eyelashes he has — such a sweet detail that was thoughtfully revealed! I 100% recommend Pet City Grooming to everyone. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I brought my 40 lb Australian Shepherd to for a full groom + deshedding, and I couldn’t be happier! She looks so cute and happy, perfect for the New York heat coming up. Her coat is soft, shiny, and so much lighter. The staff was friendly and treated her with so much care. I really appreciated that she wasn’t crated up the whole time and got to socialize - she seemed so relaxed and comfortable throughout the visit. The $130 was absolutely worth it for the great service and the way they treated my pup. Definitely my new go-to spot for grooming! We’ll be back for her seasonal deshedding treatment. They even gave her a little bandana and it looks so cute!! Thank you <3
