New lewk c/o Kiki! Otis is always scrambling to leave the groomer and this time he happily hung out while I paid (a small miracle). They did such a great job making him feel comfortable on his first visit. His summer shave is impeccably even and exactly what the weather calls for. We’ll be back 🙂

Kikis is the number one go to choice for grooming and boarding my dog! The wonderful staff has always taken excellent care of my dog, the grooming and haircuts always make my dog look incredible and handsome! Gabby is a wonderful groomer and my dog receives endless compliments on her work! As a whole, Kiki's is an incredibly dependable and trustworthy and save and loving place when I need to board my dog, and my dog loves going there! I highly, highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with our experience! Gabby and her team did an incredible job on my two Shih Tzus’ haircuts. I was nervous about trying a new groomer because both of my pups are a little anxious and have had some tough experiences elsewhere. But from the moment we walked in, I felt reassured. The team was gentle, patient, and so caring with them. When I picked them up, not only did they look absolutely amazing, but they were also calm, confident, and wagging their tails. It’s clear how much love and attention goes into their work. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Gabby to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!

My Boy Nippy and I had a lovely experience at Kiki’s. Gabby and all of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. Gabby took her time with my boy who has super sensitive skin and suggested I buy a medicinal shampoo for him. This was the first time I took my boy Nippy to a different groomer since his regular groomer closed, was just afraid and didn’t trust no one with my boy. When my boy 🐶 came out, he looked 👀 so AMAZING. Gabby cut his hair EXACTLY as I requested. I am very meticulous when it comes to my boy 🐶❤️ She took her time and lots of TLC with my Nippy. Nippy and I are very grateful for Kiki’s professionalism and great work. Thank you for all you do for our pets and giving us comfort as pawrents. Thanks a million Doretta & Nippy the Nipster 🐶

After many years using Kiki's, I can no longer recommend Kiki's They gave my sweet dog a painful ear infection and ghosted me when I followed up. It is *dangerous* for your dog. A couple months ago, I took my dog into Kiki's to get a grooming. 24 hours later, my dog was crying and having terrible pain in his ear. As soon as my dog had the pain, I took my dog to the vet (Bond Vet). They diagnosed him with an ear infection (Otitis Externa) and gave him prescription medication. The cost of this to me was $407.95, in addition to the $100+ cost of the grooming. I contacted Kiki's about this and they refused all responsibility. I asked simply for a refund for the grooming cost (not even the vet bill) but they said that the groomer had "not touched" my dog's ears and that it wasn't their fault. When I shared the vet report they just ghosted me. Despite years of loyalty, they gave my dog a terrible infection and totally ghosted me when I asked for help. DO NOT USE.

Gabby is the best with grooming my dog! She’s so kind and gentle with her, and also extremely skilled. My dog always looks amazing!

First let me say I live all the way in the BRONX and come all the way for GREAT SERVICE for my fur baby and that’s Kiki’s Pet Spa & Boutique in BROOKLYN. This place is amazing I couldn’t ask for a better groomer (GABY) for my fur baby Brownie. Brownie is my family and they treat your fur baby like they part of their family. The lady in the front is polite and professional she was straight to the point question medical concerns etc. Before I use to go to Petco and had to deal with cuts and bruises never this type of treatment. I never got what I requested which was a low cut poodle look but when I switch to Gaby the groomer and this location I been happy with my results she is amazing the pictures I display can clearly show her work. Thank you guys ya are awesome! If you looking for great grooming experience hit up Gaby or the location you won’t be disappointed.
