We had SUCH a great experience here! I'm writing this after having just picked up our dog after a first time visit, and we're so very happy with the results! Helen was so kind and thorough in asking what we wanted for her haircut upon arrival, and she did exactly what we asked for. We had come from Flossy Pet Pawlor a few months ago, who had done a pretty bad job with her, and Helen fixed her up much better. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service! Prices are very comparable to nearby groomers and upfront on their website, so budget-wise it's about the average. We'd absolutely recommend this place for small dog owners who are a little particular about what kind of haircut — we're so glad we finally found a good groomer — and we will definitely be back! I recently took my dog to Atlantic Pet Spa and I’m very happy with the experience! Helen was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the animals. My dog came out looking clean, well-groomed, and happy. They trimmed his nails, gave him a bath. The whole process was quick and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

A new groomer on Atlantic by 3rd Avenue. My dog was groomed to my specifications (some might find it short but it was exactly what I wanted in this hot July weather). Our puppy was very happy and in good spirits when I picked her up. Good luck to Helen in her new venture.

What a wonderful find! Helen, the owner runs this clean and professional spot. I took my two pups there and Helen was cheerful upon meeting her. My two shy Shih Tzu pups warmed up to her almost immediately. Helen clearly loves dogs and my pups were happy after their trims. I can tell she has plenty of experience since she fixed the lopsided hair cuts my pups had a few months back. I will be coming back very soon again to this great new spot in the neighborhood. 🐶🐶

I’ve been looking for a groomer since recently moving to NY and have been scared to try out a new one since I’ve only ever taken my dog to one other groomer since she was a puppy. I was a bit hesitant since they just opened this location and only had one other review but the place was clean and professional so i went for it and actually I’m so glad I did because her haircut came out EXACTLY how i wanted it to and my dog was super happy when i picked her up! She was also still very loving towards the groomer which is a good sign for me because my pup typically loved going to the groomers. I don’t typically write reviews but i figured i should because someone as picky as i am may be scared to try since they just opened this location but if you go in knowing what you want you won’t be disappointed!

Helen did a wonderful job! I was anxious because my cat, Momo, can be very spicy in new environments, but Helen handled her with so much care and confidence. She gave Momo a fantastic groom & trim, and now Momo is happily back at home and clearly feeling much better without her matted fur. The owner is incredibly passionate and communicative, and she took extra time to understand Momo’s needs and the kind of result I was hoping for. We will definitely be back in the future. 🙂
