I took my pup Champ here for the very first time and boy was I impressed! The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. I recently took my dog back from a family member since he wasn’t being taken care of properly and immediately took him to be groomed as his hair very matted and he wasn’t being washed frequently. They assured me Champ was in great hands and the price surprisingly was very reasonable. I paid only $80 for a wash and blow out, low cut, nail file, ear cleaning and gland expression. I was very well pleased with their service. And it only took about maybe 2 hours give or take. They accept walk ins only and I was maybe fourth in line arriving there at about 730am. I was called to pick him about 15mins after 9am! Really great service and now we will continue coming back. Thank you Lucky Dogs for such a fast and fantastic service!

Took my Aussie here for the first time about a year ago and asked for a summer cut. Her vet told me not to do that again, because aussies are not supposed to be shaved because then they can’t regulate their own temperature. Took her back to Lucy’s today and told the man at the counter what the vet said, he was very dismissive and just said "yeah they always say that." I was very specific about what they should do to my dog. No shaving. Take off about 2-3 inches and TRIM HER not SHAVE HER. And when he asked if I wanted to take her down to a "level 2" again like I did last time I said NO. Went to pick her back up and she was shaved down to the same length as the first time I took her here. (the level 2 that I specifically said no to.) Not sure how else I could’ve explained NOT TO SHAVE HER other than saying those words. Her paws are also clearly not trimmed or cut. Not worth my $120 at all. We will not be returning to Lucy’s or recommending them to anyone else.

I am very particular about the cut of my Westie and was so thrilled at how well groomed was! I normally trek all the way to the UWS, and was tired of the full day affair. I was looking everywhere in BK for good Westie cuts and Lucy’s Lucky Dogs was the only place that had good pictures. Today was my first time taking my pup and this will be my new go to place! The staff were very nice and they listened to what I wanted and were very communicative. It only took them about 2.5 hours (maybe less). Highly recommend!

Went there for the first time on Thursday And I have to say the haircut is the best my dog has ever had. The pricing was on point and they were done within the hour. My dog has never looked better. Would highly recommend To anyone in the neighborhood.

The best prices in the area ($65 for my 12lb doggie) ! I was happy with the quality of the grooming. There are no appointments so you just walk in and drop off your pup and then they will let you know how many dogs are ahead of you for an estimated pick up time, but of course call you when your dog is finished. We will for sure be returning for Chloe’s next grooming!

They charged me 170 plus 5$ tax but gave me the tax money back when I complained cause I personally never got taxed on a dog cut. They did a decent job but the hair was a bit uneven in spots, they didn’t cut their nails short they barely cut them and they also said every dog get a bandana or bow and they didn’t give my dogs one. They could’ve done a better job. Or have a groomer that is bilingual so they could fully understand every customer and request

They did a great job cleaning up my little mophead. We had given our dog a very uneven leg haircut at home and Lucy’s perfectly evened it out and cut the rest of her hair down to our desired length. Our pup came out looking adorable and smelling great. Super affordable pricing here too ($65 for our small dog) and the service was great.
