this is my second time entrusting my puppy with them, and i continue to have such a great experience. they’re a sweet family-run grooming business who genuinely cares about the health and comfort of the dogs, not just the final look. they’re very informative and take the time to answer any questions without any annoyance. they respond to emails quickly, are very transparent about what can and can’t be done, and they truly listen to both your concerns and your dog’s needs while working within safe limitations. my pup came back clean, comfortable, and happy. highly recommend if you want groomers who truly care. 💗

The BEST dog groomer in all of Brooklyn! We've been taking our Havanese here for 3+ years and can honestly say we have had only the best experience. The team is kind and caring. They are so gentle with our dog and make her feel like part of their family. Gary is our groomer and does a perfect job. Our dog looks beautiful and is never itchy or uncomfortable after her haircut.

We ONLY go to Gary and Annie to get our havanese's haircut. We used to have someone come to our apartment, but Gary is SO good and Annie ensures our little one is comfortable throughout the process. Our dog's haircuts look great from the second she leaves to the day we bring her back... we're so grateful for this place!

Fantastic experience; our little boy looks amazing. We were anxious since it was his first grooming (10 mo. Mini aussie) but they asked plenty of questions, told us what would be done and how long it would take, and gave us a 30 min heads up call for when he’d be ready to be picked up.
