Petco Grooming

I am disappointed to learn that my dog groomer, Alicia, is no longer with Petco at Gateway. She is a wonderful person who is kind, patient, and loving with my dog. She shows my dog affection, which makes him feel comfortable with her. Alicia does a fabulous job grooming my fur baby, and I am never disappointed when I pick him up afterward. I also never worry when my dog is in her care. Because of Alicia, I would bring my pup in for grooming every six weeks, and he would be excited to see her as well. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my upcoming appointments, and Petco has lost a customer; we will follow wherever she goes. It's hard to find a good groomer who is truly dedicated.

We love our groomer. This is my puppy second time going to her and she handles him with so much care.

I really like my groomer,AMore. She really takes her time with my little Bear. She is very accommodating. My only problem is the price $120 every 6 weeks is pretty steep. My little Bear is a Pomeranian.

I love that the groomer, Catarina explained the process of the services my dog needed. She told me what to expect due to my dogs hair condition before service. I was absolutely happy with the service. I will recommend her to my friends & family.

Alicia is phenomenal! She is loving and has patience when it comes to grooming my furbaby! Luckily she was able to accommodate me last minute, she’s a life saver. She trimmed my baby nails, and administered a mini makerover which was amazing. Alicia is the best I simply have no complaints and will continue coming to the gateway PETCO location !!!!!!! Thank you Alicia!

I took my dog to get groomed and the female groomer with the green hair was so nasty towards my dog. She claimed he lounged at her and he was aggressive and refused to groom him which was a complete lie. I will never return to the Petco on Utica Ave. again!

Alicia is professional, knowledgeable and kind. My baby looks AMAZING! Today was my Yorkie’s second time at the groomers but first time with Alicia, safe to say we’ve officially found our groomer. I highly recommend Alicia.
