Book with Bianca F. Best groomer hands down. Never had a bad experience. I know my baby is in good hands with her. Groomer is very detailed and is gentle with my doggy.

Terrible attitudes. The lady LIZ with glasses and brown hair is the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with. This place will never get a dollar out of me. They treat customers like trash, I understand working for very little pay can upset people so I will brush this off, this place deserves no business. Rude and nasty under paid people . They also delete reviews, so pathetic they are at this location

If I schedule an Appointment, which is required In Advance with No Walk Ins Ever Available, and I'm a frequent or recent customer, and there are ADDITIONAL Vaccinations Required in order to Groom my pet, Why Am I Not Notified In Advance?? I Know FOR SURE THESE PEOPLE PULL UP THEIR APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE OF THE CUSTOMERS SHOWING UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS! If You Pull Up The Appointments, In Advance, and Notice That Vaccinations Are Missing CONTACT THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE THEY PHYSICALLY SHOW UP TO THE LOCATION FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT!! THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT RETAINS CUSTOMERS!! They Enjoy Making Customers Come To The Location, More Especially On Weekends, So They Can Turn Them Away and Lessen Their Workload for The Day! Less Appointments Means More Free Time To Socialize and Be On Their Cellphone Posting To Social Media! I Will Never Go Back To This Location.

I brought my pup here because I was told they do a decent job for the price but I guess it depends on the type of dog you have. I have a yorkie and the groomer cut the top of her hair off when she was told to keep the face and hair like the picture we were standing next to. My pup was also left with long hair on her legs vs anywhere else which is ok but they were not even all around. She looks like she has wings coming out of her legs. Unfortunately I won't be trying them again and will stick to someone that takes their time.

Brought my puppy to get her nails cut, staff made me feel secured that they always do their best and take good care. They have 5 stars for reviews. Big store, all you need.

I went to this PetSmart because of once didn't have what I was looking for and they would only once that had it on stock but a nice place very clean
