Petco Grooming

Absolute nightmare, has the audacity to ask me if I like the haircut ummmm no? How can you trust a groomer when they just do as they please and say your dog is matted instead of combing the dog. My shih tzu gets brushed every day. Charged me a fee Did not do a good job I recommend Zuri she was the first groomer I had here and then I had Concita which was the nightmare. Wouldn’t come here again with her. How can my puffy baby go to looking like a squirrel after requesting a teddy bear cut. Her face is chopped off Everything is uneven and even the fur under the paw pads were left untouched Terrible job Charges you for knots but she ends up shaving and does what she wants

If I could give more stars I could! I just left not even a hour ago. Today was my 5 months old pup first time getting groomed. He is a mini golden doodle so I requested the teddy bear cut. The groomer we had was Ash(who I absolutely love!) They were attentive and notified me that achieving a full cut might be a stretch being it is his first time (which was totally fine). When picking him up they were actually able to achieve the desired cut I wanted and I couldn’t be happier! I am so pleased with the outcome and would recommend Ash to anyone who has a new pup!

Cece, our Petco groomer was absolutely superb. She was gentle with our nervous dog and did such a great job.

Smells like a pet store. I went for aquarium fish and plants they have a fair selection

Chucky is my minature schnauzer and he is very difficult to get groomed. Asher is the best Groomer. She is passionate about her job and makes my Chucky look good all the time. Thank you for your work

I arrived at appointment time early and was told dog groomer called in sick was never noticed , till told rudely at Petco loc. was there half hour early , then after complaining to rep. , Got an eight minutes cancellation notice on Gmail , . Yet Petco wants 24 hour notice for cancellations . Unhappy Senior citizen . Never again , would never recommend .

I had to reschedule a groom for my dog 3 times within the past month and half. They only have 1 groomer and she keeps canceling everyone’s sessions. Very unprofessional. Now instead of getting my dog groomed next week I have to wait till June. Thanks please do not waste your time here
