Went to this grooming salon for the first time and they did an amazing job! Will definitely be coming back.

My first ever experience with a groomer and won’t need to go anywhere else as long as I’m in NYC. Fair and transparent prices (available at the front desk) and they treated my pup so well. She came back pristine and so happy & calm. They even have her a cute little seasonal bandana upon pick up. Will be back!

Well over due for writing a rave review for these folks. Been taking my Pomeranian here for well over a year now and he looks great every time. The staff is always very gentle with him and even though my dog isn’t a big fan of getting haircuts, they do a great job every time.

Just picked up my cockapoo from Carroll Gardens Pet Grooming and I am so happy with her new haircut. Amanda gave her an adorable style cut and I am very pleased, she's so fluffy and soft! The bows were a nice little touch. Amanda was very friendly and listened to what I wanted my dog to look. Highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a little over a year now and time after time they have proved to be the absolute best. My family has had Tibetan Terriers for 15 years and I’ve never found a groomer who is as professional and accommodating as Amanda and her staff. They specialize in dogs under 30 pounds and they do an excellent job every single time. The prices are fair and I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for treating Albus so well!

**UPDATE** 6 years later this is still our favorite spot. Tried different groomers but no one compared. Other places where too crowded or my dog was clearly frightened. I never worry about my baby here! Amanda and her crew is the best groomer in the area! She listened, did a great job and my dog Rambo genuinely loved her! Good prices with clear cost breakdown in office.

I don’t care how skilled someone is at grooming and if you can’t treat people with kindness and respect, count me out! I walked in for my dog’s rescheduled appointment, and the owner was visibly upset about the previous appointment. My dog had been scheduled, but she needed to provide vaccine documents first. I explained she wasn’t vaccinated and the owner immediately shut it down fine, I understood that. I went to the vet, got the necessary documentation, and emailed it as instructed. No one responded to my email or followed up with a call, so I called to follow up myself. When I made the new appointment, I got the time confused because they don’t send confirmation or reminders. When I arrived for the appointment, she was upset that I hadn’t canceled the previous one even though my dog couldn’t be groomed without her documents in the first place! She then complained about her groomers only getting paid commission and made it sound like I was responsible for someone standing there without pay. It’s 2025 pay your employees fairly and don’t blame customers for your poor business practices. The worst part? The whole time, her attitude made me feel uneasy. If she treats customers like this, I can’t imagine how she treats the dogs. I would never trust her with my dog or recommend this place to anyone. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any pet care business.
