I am very disappointed. We paid $88 USD, and this is one of the worst haircuts our baby has had in this area. Michelle talked a lot about being a specialist; however, she cut her hair much too short, even though I showed her two reference pictures, which she completely ignored. My husband and I clearly told her that we did not want it short, especially since the weather is very cold. Additionally, the haircut is uneven, and I will be posting a photo to clearly show this. I also going to be posting of I what I replied about the video, I told her, I trusted you to make her more even in any moment I said I was happy about the video…… in regards her response I will also share my response about the video ….. Being polite and trusting a professional does not mean approval of the final haircut. The message I sent was before seeing the completed result and was based on trust in your expertise. Prior to the grooming, I was very clear that I did not want my baby’s hair cut short due to the cold weather, and I also provided two reference photos. Unfortunately, the final result was much shorter than requested and UNEVEN!!!!, which was only evident once I saw her in person. This is why I am disappointed and chose to share my honest experience.

We have two Pomeranians and have been going to Michelle for long time.Michelle is a complete pro! She uses quality products on our dog, they get their teeth brushed nails trimmed & exceptional hair cuts every time. She sends us pictures of the dogs when she’s done and the dogs get a few treats and hang out tell we arrive.We highly recommend Michelle for all grooming needs. Michelle treats us & our dogs like family.

We’ve been seeing Michelle for about two years now and are so glad we found her. My dog can be pretty anxious, but she’s always calm with Michelle, which says a lot. She does a great job every time, and it’s such a relief knowing my dog is comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Michelle is very passionate about her work and is a great groomer, having many years experience in this field. She’s groomed my two fur babies, a chihuahua mix and Brussels Grifon mix. She uses top of the line equipment and her in-home dog spa is very convenient to get to. My pups get pampered and prettied every time they go! I would recommend Pet Perfect Salon!

We have recently found Michelle and have had our dog groomed by her twice. Our dog was nine years old when we adopted her a year ago. It has been challenging finding a good groomer. Michelle does a wonderful job not only in grooming but in the way she handles and cares for our little girl. We are very satisfied and would recommend her for your dog! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Perfect Salon and Michelle. Her private, home-based salon creates such a calm and peaceful environment — which is especially important for my two senior dogs, Hope and Skylar. Michelle treated both of them with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Skylar has hip dysplasia, and Michelle was so careful and attentive with her. She did an amazing job de-shedding Skylar while still being mindful of her comfort and mobility. That meant so much to me. Both girls came home looking absolutely beautiful. And for Christmas, Michelle even put the sweetest "Christmas Cookie" perfume on them — such a thoughtful, festive touch! They smelled amazing and looked perfect. It’s such a comfort knowing my senior dogs are getting one-on-one attention in a quiet, stress-free setting with someone who truly cares. If you’re looking for personalized grooming and someone you can fully trust with your fur babies, Michelle is simply wonderful. We are so grateful to have found her. 🐾✨
