Petco Grooming

Was told last time my dog required two people (facts - that’s why I pay for this service cause I can’t do it on my own) and to call in ahead to make sure they can accommodate. I followed directions and called Saturday 9/27 and was told they were too busy so they’d book me for 9/29Monday at 8am. I show up and they only have one employee at this time. She didn’t listen to me when if I had done my normal walk in routine they would have taken care of me. Frustrated! The lady working at 8am still took care of us but the lady working Saturday did her co worker and my dog a disservice just cause she didn’t want to deal with us on Saturday. 3 stars for the lady on Saturday. 5 stars for the Monday morning employee! I don’t want to name the great employee on a 3 star review in fear she’d get associated with the rating. Y’all can look up the schedule if that matters to petco.

Came in this past weekend to see about getting my dog groomed this was the first time trying something like this for him since he isn't the greatest fan of bath time. The staff were super friendly and explained the process at the very end my little boy was all happy and clean. Will be coming back again. Thank you for the amazing service.

I was nervous about this being a chain groomer as I’ve had bad experiences before. This was our first trip to Petco and Joe was absolutely incredible and he is now my official groomer.

Brandi was awesome! And so was Ingrid. They were super helpful and went beyond the yonder for Eli. He came home smiling of stress relief after spa day!

My puppy gets nervous around other dogs, was attacked at a very young age. I was happy on a weekend to be seen first and get done very quickly and a happy puppy when we got back. There was a very unruley dog that seemed like it would bite and the staff handled professionaly.

I took my beloved elderly dog to this groomer, hoping for a simple grooming session. Instead, I was met with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. The manager, Samantha, was especially horrendous. She outright REFUSED to groom my dog simply because he is old with a bump on his leg! My dog may be a senior, but he deserves to be treated with care and respect, not discrimination. Samantha's attitude was condescending and dismissive, making it clear that she had no empathy or understanding for older pets and their needs. She showed zero compassion, and her lack of professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, this isn't the first time we've had problems with this place. There have been multiple issues in the past, but this was the final straw. If you love your pets, do yourself a favor and take them somewhere else. This place doesn't care about animals, only about making a quick buck. The experience was deeply upsetting and frustrating. Never again will I subject my dog or myself to such a terrible place. Save yourself the trouble and find a groomer who truly cares about all pets, regardless of their age. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Garrett was absolutely wonderful with my scared Kona for a nail trim. He took time to calm her and was unrushed and really trimmed her very long nails smoothly and as much as possible instead of a rushed half-baked job other places have done with some of her nails left longer than they should have been. Truly appreciated his service!
