PetSmart Grooming

Groomers always do a great job and take care of my working boy. He smells fresh and stays soft for days. They could do a better job trimming down the nails. Over all its a good deal and they make quick work if your dog is well-behaved - always ready before the estimated time.

I just walked through the doors, grabbed a cart and the cashier said we closed. What kind of customer service is that?

After calling us to ask if we could arrive early, we proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our appointment. After dropping off our dog, we heard our dog whining and barking. We went back to check and the groomer was holding the previously groomed dog while our dog was left in a crate. The groomer had not even tried to bond with our dog before locking her away. Never again are we coming back.

Overall terrible customer service. I asked for 40 crickets I’m not sure if they had enough she scraped some dead ones off the bottom. Didn’t realize until I was home what she was doing. Then didn’t expect attitude checking out because they priced something wrong.

MS.BEV V SHE DID A EXCELLENT JOB ON MY (BABY) YORKIE AJAY I HAVE ONLY HAD HIM SINCE LAST AUGUST AND I TOOK HIM 2 SEVERAL GROOMERS BUT I MUST SAY MS.BEV V WAS THE BEST OUT OF THE OTHER TWO GROOMERS I WENT TO PETSMART IN OWINGS MILLS THE GROOMER WAS HORRIBLE AND PETCO IN OWINGS MILLS THE GROOMERS WAS HORRIBLE I FEEL I WASTED MY MONEY TWICE UNTIL NOW SO I SUGGEST IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU SRE PAYING FOR GO TO CATONSVILLE PETSMART AND ASK FOR MS.BEV V TRUST AND BELIEVE YOU WON'T BE SORRY🙂 GREAT JOB MS.
