PetSmart Grooming

I was never a fan of Petsmart grooming when I had my 1st dog, but when I got my pandemic doodle, I needed a groomer and decided to give Petsmart a try again and they did not disappoint. His 1st groomer was Ms. Val and she was awesome, and now it's Cassidy. He loves Cassidy, and she does a great job on him even though he gives her a hard time as he is not a fan of the grooming process. He goes every 6-8 weeks.

Customer service at Petsmart on Baltimore National pikes in Catonsville very poor and not satisfying at all, on two occasions within the same month, my fur baby was scheduled for grooming care but never got his services done. Reason one the groomer assigned to him was out sick, however; I had to come in to be told that information, okay, Emergency happens so I understood and reschedule for the following week for 1pm est just to come in at 12:38pm and was advised that my appointment was for 10am instead of 1pm. The crazy thing about it, is the manager who put in the information stated she didn't remember the time, so I should reschedule because my fur baby won't be groom and she can give me a discount towards my future bill. She had no class, pardon, compassion and better yet to admit to her mistakes, but to tell me to she can't remember the time she scheduled. Now it's another inconvenience and time wasted. I don't and won't recommend grooming services at petsmart at Baltimore National pike in Catonsville, because of the lack of customer service and lack of professional services.
