Petco Grooming

First visit to the South Chandler location. Right on schedule, friendly and welcoming. Took a few minutes to relieve pup’s anxiety before taking him back. Great job on a very wiggly client!

Each time I take my 2 Brittany Spaniels to Petco, they come back looking beautiful and are so happy. The one dog is anxious, but no more. She enjoys going to be groomed. The groomers do a wonderful job and comfort the dogs.

I had to go here after my typical groomer was fully booked for the holidays. The worker Kara worked on my dog and she trimmed her nails way too short and said she had to cut the quicks since her nails were so long (I get my dog regularly groomed so her reasoning behind it made no sense) she also cut my dogs whiskers, who does that?? Next time my groomer is fully booked I’ll be doing the groom myself because this was outrageously bad, literally anyone else would’ve done better.

Ziggy is a 10 yo Lab mix. He sheds. A lot!!!! So the de-shed treatment is a must every 2 to 3 months. It helps. It’s not a perfect fix but even w the careful addition of extra nutrients he will still shed. The bath, the de-shed and ALL other grooming details are tended to and he comes out smelling like a rose.!!!! Thank you, Kira. Great job!!

I have two Westies , I brought them in as I normally due to receive nail trimming at Petco in Chandler, AZ on Sept 18th with Kara as the groomer for only a nail trimming. Unfortunately, Kara on was not able to trim my 1st Westie nails at all (groomer / pet control issues). The 2nd Westies nail trimming was not fully completed (groomer / pet control). (This was the 2nd time this Kara has worked with my Westies that has ended with "incomplete service fulfillment". Speaking directly with Adri, a more experienced groomer that has worked with my dogs before, I setup an appointment with her to get this service completed first thing in the morning in 2 days. However, when I got to Petco with my dogs today, Oct 1st, I was told that: Adri will "Not" be coming in today up for the scheduled appointment. I was not offered an opportunity to reschedule or anything, but I was sent a cancellation notice by Petco after I left the store which only added more frustration to the situation. What a waste of my time, money, gas, and anxiety for me my dogs…

They were friendly and professional. My dogs looked great. My female has very sensitive skin and they took good care by using hypoallergenic shampoo and thoroughly rinsing her, she hasn’t shown any signs of irritation.

Autumn did a wonderful job grooming my long haired Shih Tzu. Bernie loved her. I will definitely be using her again for all my grooming needs. Thanks!
