I am very disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. I specifically requested that my dog’s paws be done in the "Teddy dog" style, and the groomer agreed. However, the result was completely different. Despite confirming the pickup time in advance and asking to be notified 30 minutes before, their communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. To make matters worse, another customer did not receive the same pressure or rules, yet when I pointed out the inconsistency, both the front desk and groomer insisted I had "heard it wrong." My dog’s grooming was not done properly, and her skin was even nicked. I have had excellent experiences with my previous groomer (see attached photos for comparison), but could only try this place because they are open on Sundays, when my usual groomer is closed. Professionalism means doing everything possible to meet a client’s requests—not giving excuses before a client finishes explaining. I still left a 20% tip, not because the service deserved it, but because I conduct myself with respect, regardless of how I am treated. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected or well-served here, and I will not be returning.

I absolutely LOVE them 🤩 they did SUCH a good job on my Scottish terrier ,Oddie! They are so kind and warm welcoming! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait!!! Thank you so much!!! 😊……. Liz (Elizabeth) is AMAZING!!!!! She gave my pup the best groom ever! My Sunny looks amazing. The manager Lynn is an amazing person as well, they really take pride in the service given to your pet. They are awesome!

We visit this pet grooming shop every month for our dog’s nail trimming and paw cleaning, and it has consistently been a great experience. The staff is always welcoming and genuinely kind, which immediately puts both us and our dog at ease. The shop also sells dog treats and pet supplies, which is super convenient when you want to grab a little something extra during your visit. The interior is beautifully decorated with a pink theme—clean, cute, and thoughtfully designed, making the whole place feel warm and cheerful. Our groomer, Lily, truly stands out. She is always friendly, attentive, and takes the time to understand exactly what we want. Every visit, she does an absolutely perfect job, and we leave feeling confident that our dog was well cared for. If you’re looking for a grooming place that’s not only professional but also genuinely caring and consistent, this is definitely a spot I’d highly recommend.

Axil can be hesitant at times from previous grooming experiences which turn from exciting to anxiety provoking. The amount of times he’s been ready to sprint out of pet-smart etc is ridiculous. Coming out of Woof Gang he was calm and happy, His smile let me know that this was the place to continue using. The report card was also great to know how and where to keep up with ax. Would recommend.

Inconsistant with their services. Not saying don't go, but I will not be returning based on my experience. My dog recently had major health issues and developed significant matting from a cone and scratching. I made it very clear—verbally, in writing, and at drop-off—that my priority was removing all remaining mats I didn't get to. I just wanted her to be comfortable, appearance did not matter. This was my second visit. My first visit went very well, which is why I trusted them again. However, this time I was assigned a different groomer, Shaniqua, and did not receive the same level of care. Large mats were left on my dog’s legs, the size of quarter(s) and other mats remained around her ears and tail—despite this being the primary reason for the visit. I requested a partial refund for the deshedding service that was clearly not completed. A $30 refund for a $174.64 mini groom. Gabby the manager was kind and professional, but informed me the owner refused the refund, stating the service was "complete," which it was not. They offered to have the same groomer finish the work, but I was not comfortable with that given the outcome. No alternative groomer was offered due to commission/time based earnings, and no apology was given at any point on their half. A future free add-on was offered, but at this point, why would I want to pay for another full service for free add-on's if they are unreliable? I value small businesses, but care and comfort should come first—especially when matting can be painful. I think consistency is a huge part when providing a service/product, and its not here. I won’t be returning and will gladly drive an additional 40 minutes to my dogs previous commissioned groomers that prioritizes an animal’s well-being, and funny enough charge half the price.
