I had such a great experience at Sarah Alquilar Head Groomer on 322 W Cermak Rd in Chicago! From the moment I walked in, she was so nice and welcoming. She explained everything clearly, especially the pricing, which I really appreciated. You can truly see how much she loves animals. The first time I brought my dog, she treated him with so much care that I felt completely comfortable. I ended up coming back to bring my cat to get her nails cut, and she did an amazing job. She was very careful and gentle with my cat’s nails, and she did everything right in front of me. That made me trust her even more because I could see how kindly and patiently she handled my cat. After I paid, she even offered me a free shirt for my dog and cat! It was so sweet she had different shirts for me to choose from. She also had cat toys available. That little extra kindness really meant a lot to me. My experience here was definitely worth it. It’s also super convenient because it’s close to my house I can literally walk there. She made everything easy and stress free. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely thrilled with how my Pomeranian’s haircut turned out he looks adorable! The staff was fantastic with him during the nail trim and ear cleaning. Super professional and loving people. I highly recommend them to everyone.
