Highly recommend, my dog has never gone to a dog spa since I know he gets a bit wild with other dogs & barks at people he doesn't know. I usually just struggle trimming his nails myself, otherwise, he's okay with baths. I called in advanced about estimate, appointments, & other questions. I came as a walk in originally for just a nail trim, but otherwise anything else they need an appointment. I did ask to get more things done if possible, I know originally they want an appointment as there were other dogs there with an appointment already. They said they can try, they made an exception [my dog at first wasn't a fan to get taken by people he doesn't know, also maybe because he's small]. Grizzy's first spa day was a 10/10, excellent service, & thank you for taking him in & making him comfortable. Today is Valentine's Day as well, they attached a heart shaped balloon when I picked him up. Appreciate all staff. I'll be sure to come back & I will make an appointment too, thanks for the exception last min. Caught me by surprise. -Grizzy 🐾 & Crystal

The one stars are from folks who have been rude, condescending, or even have not been to this grooming salon! Ridiculous.. with that being said, as someone who has been here multiple times, and has never been let down once (I always put in my part as well: show up on time, details on the cut how I want it, and cash ready) I give it a 5 ⭐️ each and every time. I have a baby boy pom who is always unsteady and ready to just run anywhere and everywhere, but they manage to always get the cut that I ask for every. Dang. Time. The owner replying to the patronizing comments with sass and class is a plus. Love love love this place👍🏽

On 4-23-24 I took BiBi her for grooming, 😭 I picked her up maybe 2 hours later, she was not the same, the man walked her out on leash. She was happy to see me, but she seem off. She was not her playful self, she was scared, timid, she’s not eating, sleeping, she’s going potty on my floor, and not her puppy pad, per usual. I believe my BiBi was mistreated 😭 they seem to be good groomers. First off when I took BiBi in for the first time there, when he took her, she started shaking, I was talking to the man about her having hair matted under her ear and legs, upon checking he said it was bad. Is when I notice the shaking, so I ask why is she shaking? So I say let me see her, I pick BiBi up, give her some love, tell her it’s Oka. And give her back to him, this was not her fist time being groomed, her previous groomer was full, so I google and choose this one. And they mistreated her. I’ll be taken her to the vet very soon, she don’t even run to me anymore, when I enter my apartment, oan it only her and myself that live here. So Joes salon you mistreat my Girl, and change her life for the Bad. And I hate you guys. You can commit all you want, with your disgusting response, but you guys know you mistreated my BiBi. #SeeYouInCourt 💔

i made an appointment directly with Joe in person .He took a deposit down of $35 . The day of appointment Joe gives you 15 mins grace period, I was a minute over the grace period and Joe canceled my appointment and didn’t give the deposit back or reschedule. I find it weird he operates business like this but I guess he doesn’t care about his customers who plan to return. Wouldn’t even initiate business with this scammer.

Was told to go here for my cat just for them to keep my cat an hour then call back to say all they could do was cut his nails. Yes this was my cats first grooming so of course he was scared and moved a lot. My cat is very chill and sweet and like most cats don’t like water .They claim they couldn’t do it because of that when in reality if you know how cats are that shouldn’t have been a problem or just don’t agree that you can do cats when you can’t . Claim they were scared to cut him but I don’t see how if your clippers have guards and you know how to feel the skin from hair. Wasted my time & $12 for a nail cut I could have done. Not a place for cats!!!

The staff are so caring and treat every pet like their own. You ou can tell they truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will feel safe and well cared for this is the spot to bring them!

Walked in, they told me I had to call in to make an appointment. I called multiple times over the course of a week and never got an answer. Finally they text me and asked me how they could help me. I told them I wanted to make an appointment and they told me I had to call in to do that. Immediately called twice and again no answer. Not worth the hassle, go elsewhere. EDIT: Imagine calling me, a writer who calls out injustices against BIPOC, a karen??? Attached proof of the TWO CALLS i made immediately after texting with you guys. That doesn't include all the calls from the week prior that I can no longer pull up. You're unprofessional and it's obvious from your response.
