This place is phenomenal! I’m visiting from out of town and thought it would be fun to take my pups to the beach - which it was. However, I had no idea how I was going to get them cleaned 🤦🏽‍♀️ So glad this place exist. Simple & easy process to get my pups clean at a great price. Staff is friendly and ready to help if necessary. There was space to sit and relax after the wash so my doggos could enjoy some of their ice cream. Will definitely return!!!

Fit 2 large happy dogs for a good thorough shampoo and conditioners post beach day. So pleased this place was here. Had to add more time with 2. Smiles say it all. Wish some more shades areas to sit and dry them. Otherwise 5 stars. Well maintained and helpful staff. Appreciate the fenced area too from the path to the beach.

No shampoo needed self wash. Next to the dog beach. After release your dog you can also give a nice 10min bath for a total of 15 dollars.

Updated review - 5 stars!! Original review consisted of a faulty dryer at one of their locations. Owner replied almost immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. He assured that the issue would be rectified as quickly as possible and was understanding of the situation. Overall, except for the faulty part, the dog wash experience was great. Environment was clean and cozy and shampoo/conditioner are included in the wash. Pup had no issues going in/out of puppy bay area and seemed to also like the experience. Would definitively recommend and use Mutt Jackson again!!

My dog loved it ! These machines are so fancy and efficient. But a bit expensive 15 dollars for 10 minutes. 😭

Awesome wash. Dog was sprayed by a skunk and I brought her to these bays; used only the included shampoos and conditioner and all the smell was removed. Great prices compared to groomers too

The water pressure at the Montrose dog station was so low today that our dog was still very sandy after the $15 ten minute wash. Disappointed because we have used this in the past and the water pressure used to be great. -updating review to 5 stars because Mutt Jackson is correcting the issue with water pressure and reimbursed us for the inconvenience.
