Petco Grooming

The groomers here are great. I brought my last dog to Mike who took such great care of him when he was a senior. Now I have a new dog and Mike is still just as great with the new pup. Always ready on time, or earlier, easy to make appointments, and the pup looks so handsome afterwards. They love pets.

My experience with the staff at the Orleans locations was overall a positive one. However, the entire reason that I had to book there was that the manager of the grooming center at the Roosevelt location made me pick up my dog 5 minutes after I dropped her off because "her anxiety was too bad and she could!’t be around other dogs". This despite the fact that I have had her groomed at various Petco locations including the Roosevelt location and indicated when I made the appointment that she had anxiety. On top of that I had to reschedule the rebooked appointment from the following Wednesday to that Friday. The staff at Orleans though was very nice and did a good job with her.

We love getting groomed at Petco! They do an amazing job and are more affordable than anything else in the area. We also love the drop in face and booty option to clean up between full grooms. Mike is amazing; he's so good with my dog who sometimes has cysts and matting and takes great care of her.

Mike was amazing with our golden doodle’s grooming appointment!! Our dog is 5 months and nervous about grooming and Mike made the experience so well for him. Will defintley be back and would reccomend for any other golden doodle parents!!

Susie is the absolute BEST! I will follow her wherever she goes! Always so attentive and always so sweet! Thank you for making Gambit look so handsome all the time.

I’ve had a horrible experience here. I took my golden retriever in for a bath and a clean up trim. There was even an ad with a golden on it and I pointed to it saying that’s how I want the cut. Just a bit of trim around his ears, paws and butt. I came back to a dog with a shaved butt, zig-zag chopped up ears and grinch paws. I have called their corporate office twice about this matter asking for my money back and I have emailed them photos. No response. I complained at the register when I was asked about my experience and the cashier straight asked "would you like to leave a tip?" Literally the worst groomer experience I have had in my life.

Mike has been doing my dog grooming for a number of years for all of my dachshunds, and they all do very well with him. I wouldn’t do them with anybody else.
