I took my nervous rescue pup to this PetSmart location for a nail trim and they exceeded my expectations. I haven't been able to find a groomer who can effectively trim all of my dog's nails because she is wiggly, needs patience, and affection to feel safe (I mean, I get it bc same). The name of our groomer was Vanessa and the customer service here is great; the staff was polite & communicative. Jacqueline is the other groomer who helped Vanessa tag-team on my dog's nail trim (they also added a note in their system that my dog has specific needs for future reference). I won't be going elsewhere; this is a hidden gem for excellent service.
Jacqueline is the best groomer! She made my doodle feel comfortable and groomed her exactly how I wanted. I will be back with my other dog soon.
Jacqueline and Daniel did an amazing job with my old lady cocker spaniel. They were so thorough, sympathetic, and caring when handling Miss Peaches. They took their time and were able to work with her number of minor health issues. I had full confidence in leaving my pup with them and would be glad to do it again. They are AWESOME!
website says that they have cat grooming but they don’t. Sales associate was not helpful in explaining why their website would say so.
They ok but sometimes u have to wait lil bit longer but its normal for busy stores
Only giving "1 Star" to bring notice to the fact that that their hours are not accurate online, or on the front door.
