this place is underrated. the staff the service and the haircuts absolutely amazing top-notch the BEST in Chico and I've been to a lot of groomers. my dog is very picky when it comes to her getting a haircut and who handles her. after her haircut and her bath we are both wagging our tails. not to mention the price was very fair. did I mention I was able to get in the same day I'm not quite sure if that's always like that but this particular day and incident I was able to get in the same day. Im beyond happy. The place is clean and gives good vibes. We can't wait for the next appointment. AMAZING
I am working in Chico and brought my French bulldog with me...I needed somewhere to get him cleaned up and looking good...this place is top notch! Made a same day appointment on a wknd and in less than an hour, he was bathed, trimmed and de-shed for a great price! The people are all extremely friendly and my boy, Boss Baby was safe and felt comfortable with them! I will continue to bring Boss Baby here!
They took incredible care of my 1 year old corgi for his nail trim. He had a previous bad experience with another groomer in town and had a bit of trauma from it. They were able to give him a great nail trim regardless of the difficulties with his past experience. Incredible team and experience, would recommend to anyone!
My cat needed to be shaved and he hadn't been before. I was very nervous about finding a place that would treat him well. I viewed every review I could find for all the grooming places in town and Coature seemed to have the best reviews. James and Javier not only gave Oliver an excellent smooth shave, but Oliver did really good with his first lion cut! And I know he was treated well as he wasn't stressed when he got home. Thank you James and Javier!
