You Lucky Dog

She’s getting a 2 star only because she actually called me back but missed out on the other 3 for terrible phone edict. I called her on Wednesday and Thursday and ledge messages both times indicating I was referred by a close client. I stated I really was hoping to get my dog in asap as she’s having issues. No call back till Tuesday indicating nothing available for 4 weeks. Good for her. I’m sure my review will have zero effect on her then.

Kim is great, my skittish and traumatized Shih-Tzus have been receiving her grooms for five years now that I know of. Neither PetsSmart nor Petco will take my animals - they need a quiet environment and a personalized, gentle touch. Last visit I introduced one of my neighbors to her who gave me a ride. He is now taking his animal.

Kim is hands down the BEST ever! I would never take my dogs anywhere else. I had one dog who was scared of his own shadow and had horrible skin problems. She always used his special shampoo and conditioner, which we just left there. After two washes with Kim, he was in LOVE with her and got excited when he knew where he was going. When my sweet Casper passed away, she gave me a gift which reminds me of him daily! Love her and Rosie. Your pets will be in great hands! Reminds me my kids all need to go in soon!

Kim is always amazing and had our pup done within 2 hours. She was gorgeous and Kim was very patient with her on her first trip to an actual groomer. Definitely will always come here!

Kim does a wonderful job in not only her expert grooming and sensitivity to a dog’s individual needs, but also in treating her customers and their fur babies as family. Her concern for your pet is like that of "Dr. Doolittle."
