My dog is a spaz. He is an 8 year old red Border Collie mix. We were very worried he couldn't do this. They were amazing with him. He did everything including teeth and claws. He was such a happy and oh so fluffy puppy when we got him back.. they got all his under coat out too. Totally impressed with Lennie. She will be our pick everytime time. : )
Friendly and very loving with my hyper puppy. She was a mess with multiple hair tangles. Jasmine required a shave all over. Hopefully I’ll keep her detangled as her coat grows out. Thank you for helping Jasmine and I. See you again in about 3 months❤️
Took our 5 month old Shih Tzu for her first grooming and Paige did a great job!
The staff in the grooming department are top notch! I have had nothing but great experiences with them, even when there are scheduling difficulties. I wish they’d hire more groomers to help the few they have because that is tough to put on 1-2 people.
We love taking our girl to get all cleaned up. They show great care when getting her to look her best.
Lennie has given my doodle baths for months! She is absolutely a pet lover and my Lilly knows it! We’re both so happy to see Lennie, she does a wonderful job and Lillie leaves smelling and looking great with ear bows and a matching bandana!
My Petco grooming experience was very disappointing, from an understaffed facility to a long long wait to pick up my pup. (I had expected a phone call, but I got a text, which I don't hear.) Worst of all, the groomer cut head and tail too short when I had asked for small trim. I am sorry I did not give her immediate feedback.
