I have taken my dog Roscoe here for over a year now and the staff has always been wonderful and treated Roscoe well. He can get a little agitated sometimes and they know just how to handle him and he is always happy to come in for a groom. Prices are well worth the service and Angela and crew are great

We’ve trusted Fuzzy Butts in Cincinnati with our two basset hounds for 6 years—they’re amazing! Our older basset, Georgia, visits monthly, and Angela recently found a small lump during the anal gland expression. Our vet was very impressed, saying this early catch could make a big difference. Truly caring and thorough team! We have had to reschedule appointments due to work commitments that made missing our scheduled time unavoidable. I have been using Fuzzy Butts for my English Cream Golden Retriever, Stella, who frequently forgets that she is a white pup. Stella enjoys the outdoors and rolling in mud, dirt, and leaves. Fuzzy Butts has been outstanding with late requests for a grooming and she is always happy to see them. They have taken great care of Stella and I am very fortunate to have found them.

I have been taking my cat to Fuzzy Butts for the past 4 years. My 22 pound cat is a handful but Angela does an amazing job bathing him . Without her he would be constantly matted and in pain. She is extremely conscientious in her treatment of him and I know his safety and well being are her primary concern. I am so thankful that Fuzzy Butts is located hear on the west side. I highly recommend.

Angela did a beautiful job on my standard poodle puppy. And I didn’t mind paying a bit more because my dog was handled with love and care. I drive from the east side and no one but the staff at Fuzzy Butts would touch my dog. I appreciate all the professional training Angela has!

First I want to say everyone is very lovely and friendly. However I was very disappointed with the cut. My dog looked no different from the time we walked in and out. They were softer but the cut was choppy and hair was left still covering the eyes. I knew it was about to be bad because they called me a hour after drop off. Small dog but with the amount of hair and the treatments booked I knew it was rushed. The nails were not cut short enough and left so sharp I received a nice cut on my leg.I did tell them of my dissatisfaction and was told I’d receive a call to comeback but never did. I wanted to give them the grace of fixing the issue but hay they already got the money I guess. Very nice in person but yeah go else where if looking for a clean cut especially for the price. Note to business: You won’t find my name because I don’t share personal information like that on the internet.
