PetSmart Grooming

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, staff is always willing to help. Only small issue is I noticed they kept their hornworms upside down so they pooped in their food and all that nasty stuff don’t wanna feed my dragons worms packed with poo but over all good store.

The Petsmart Grooming Salon on Glenway Ave is in my opinion the best by far. The live and care they show my Maltese and American Cocker Spaniel would make you believe they were their own dogs. I am always pleased with the results and my pups live to go to the "beauty parlor". I recommend taking yours for a wonderful experience.

Took my dog in for nail trimming and once for a bath she's very short hair so otherwise she doesn't need grooming much but it's hard to trim her nails. She is much happier having the people from PetSmart do her nails and they are always very friendly

The grooming staff is lazy, want to find every excuse in the book on why they want to cancel your appointment. They called me and asked to have my dog come in early, for god knows what reason? I brought my dog in over 45 minutes early to the appointment, brought her rabies vaccination and a vet neurologist recommendation for grooming and they cancelled my grooming appt because she has epilepsy? First the tech said it was corporate policy, then she tried to say if their vet was in they would take her, and then lied again and said they can’t accept a dog that has had seizures within the past 2 weeks.

I use the self service wash to wash my great Dane. I love that I'm not rushed and they provide things that you may need like towels, shampoo, conditioner, detangling brush, etc. Since I have a great Dane I have always brought my own towels for him. The first time they gave me towels (even though I did not require them) they were very thin and small and the second time I used the self serve wash they had none at all (but I bring my own). I love the dryer!

Everything is great about this place! Especially, the staff they're always nice and hospitable. I just wish the corporation would not make everything so expensive. You can just get the same thing at a dollar store (not going to say which one) for a dollar. LOL (like nearly or the same treats and toys) it just doesn't make sense. But, that's my only complaint. Also, never give five stars because everyone could always be better...

We washed our own dogs and the tubs that they supplied were big and easy to maneuver the dogs around. The water was a little cool but didn't seem to bother the dogs. Soap and conditioner was supplied. Also had blowers to dry your dog along with towels. $15.00 a dog.
