Amanda is so sweet! I brought my kitty in for a nail trim and to get nail caps put on (got a new couch and lil girl thinks it’s her personal scratch couch). Amanda did an amazing job! And prices are great! Will be back!

My one pup went here at their new location on Broadview Rd. It's right next door to Tiki Teryaki. The owner, Amanda, and staff were so nice and gentle with my girl. She was there for a clean-up, and I was able to just wait while she was groomed. I think that she was even more relaxed since she could see and hear me. It didn't take long at all, and I know she felt better afterward. I had taken my other pup to the original location when I first adopted him. It was run by a different owner then. We stopped going there because of poor customer service. Which is so important in this competitive market. Well, that's not an issue here! I will be bringing both pups here from now on and getting their "problem " areas attended to frequently. It's so convenient. Glad your in my neighborhood now, and your space is very nice and colorful, too. It's so clean and has a large open grooming area. Great experience here compared to other places.

Pam did an AMAZING job with my 2 long haired cats. I have been searching for a good cat groomer for years and I’m so happy I finally found her. One of my cats normally gets aggressive when groomed and I was afraid she would be sent back without a haircut like its happened to me in other salons. She definitely knows how to handle cats and both my girls were very comfortable during their cuts. I love that I got to stand there with them while they were getting serviced. She also works after hours for customer’s convenience.

Amanda did an excellent job on our mini poodle mix. Our dog looks great! Staff is friendly and experienced.

I recently took my dogs, Penny and Toby, to Amanda for grooming, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was! Amanda’s skill and care truly shine through in her work. She handled Penny’s fluffy, curly coat and Toby’s soft, white fur with such expertise, leaving them both looking absolutely stunning—Penny’s gray-and-white curls were perfectly shaped, and Toby’s coat was so smooth and shiny it practically sparkled. Amanda was incredibly patient and gentle, making sure both dogs felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. Her attention to detail, from the precise trims to the adorable neck scarfs she added, was top-notch. She even took the time to ask about their personalities and preferences, ensuring they left not just well-groomed but wagging their tails with joy. Amanda’s passion for her craft and genuine love for animals make her the best groomer we’ve ever had. Highly recommend her services to any pet parent looking for exceptional care. My Toby isn't a people person but he was on the counter giving Amanda kisses when we picked him up.

Amanda and her staff are truly top notch. My fur babies are older and a little skittish. Amanda has created a bond with my babies. I refuse to go to anybody else. My dog Chumley came in for the works and he is so happy and looks great and smells wonderful😊
