Alexis groomed my long haired Himalayan cat. She did exactly what I envisioned- kept the fluffy signature Himalayan look while still clearing the undercoat of matting. My cat was calm and her entire demeanor has changed since losing those painful knots. Thank you for helping Marshmallow, as I know cats are NOT easy to groom.

Platinum pooch is an amazing place. It’s close to home in Brooklyn Centre and it’s the most reasonably priced grooming place on the west side. The staff is friendly and my dog loves them. He comes home smelling good, Looking good, and feeling like a hundred bucks!! (They even gave him a comb over to look like a distinguished gentleman)Thank you for treating my dog like family!

I can’t not say enough good things about the groomers at Platinum Pooch!! Our pup, Dolce had a few bad experiences at various groomers due to constant travel and became anxious and difficult to work with. This was her 3rd visit, she sat through not only getting groomed but also calmly sat through semi perm color!! She looks so cute! We’re never going to another groomer ❤️

We have been going to platinum pooch for almost 4 years now. We’ve mainly gone to Anita & we love her! She is very detailed and thorough, always wanting to make sure our doodle is groomed how we want her to look. We’ve also had Nicole groom our doodle and she also does a nice job. Grateful we found platinum pooch!!

My dog was injured and I wasn’t told. I had my one year old Shih-Tzu, Ava, groomed here in October or early November. When she arrived home she was acting completely out of character, unlike I’ve ever seen, and she’s been groomed 5 times before. She was squinting and her left eye couldn’t even open. Her eyes were swollen red and it was apparent that she was nicked around her eyes. Also appeared to be irritated/injured near her bottom. Nobody made me aware of this. It took her two weeks to make a recovery. Do not recommend.

My two dogs actually love coming here. Meg does a great job, and really works well with the dogs. They always come back smelling great and looking so cute. Thank you!
