PetSmart Grooming

My entire experience from booking online to a helpful manager at front of store to helpful grooming staff to two beautiful dogs. My Mini-Aussie had pretty severe matting and he looked amazing!...all struttin' around the house now like 'King Oakley'. He's very proud of his new cut. The price was very good and the gratuity well-deserved!

We have taken our dogs there for a while. The biggest reason is to have their anal glands expressed. We have tried at home and can’t get it. After every appointment our dogs still seem to be bothered by them- constantly licking, scooting. I called and they confirmed they did it. It just so happened that we had a vet appointment the next day and told them the dogs were still licking there even though they got them expressed yesterday. The vet then expressed them and said it seemed like there was several weeks of build up in there. We took the dogs there 3 months in a row. The vet said it’s hard to gauge an exact Time but it’s definitely been a few weeks "poor babies."…. Needless to say it costs extra every time for BOTH of the dogs and they weren’t doing it. The last time we took them one of my dogs nails were also severely bleeding. I called and said I think you may have cut her nail too far " no we didn’t she probably just caught herself on the kennel." At that vet appt the next day the vet confirmed they had cut too far down. It would’ve started bleeding immediately. So they lie about multiple things, charge me for things they aren’t doing who knows how many times, and then hurt my dog and lie about. Accidents happen you could’ve just been honest. Needless to say we’ll be bathing our doggies at home now.

I am so glad I took my dog to the Beginners training class. Lisa taught my dog some great commands and I also learned how to work better with my dog. It was a great class for both of us!

Worst pet smart i have ever been in. Staff standing around not helping customers. One customers actually had to knock on the window to get help. We waited for 20 minutes and said ok we are done waiting. The store lost a 1000.00 sell.

I called on Monday to schedule boarding for my 11lb chinpin (chihuahua, miniature pinscher mix.) When I made the schedule the only vaccination that my dog needed was verification the she had her rabies and distemper vaccinations. When I arrived today, I forgot to bring in proof of the vaccinations. Went back to the car when I gave the woman the proof, she says "well did she have her boarding vaccination?" I said no, I wasn't told that she needed to have that vaccine. The woman stated that I couldn't boarding my dog because she didn't have the boarding vaccine.

The people that work there are very kind. They also have knowledge of the products they sell. 100% love this store!!!

First and last time taking our doodle to get groomed at this location. When I dropped my dog off they mentioned an added charge for tending to some matted fur that he acquired while recovering from a recent surgery. I didn’t realize that meant that they were going to completely shave him from head to toe. I feel like quality of the grooming was not worth the price we paid. On top of that, when I picked up my dog they refunded me some of the extra money I paid to have my dog’s nails grinded down and said my dog got "a little nippy, and didn’t let them finish." I thought this was weird because they also told me he was really well behaved. As I was paying for the grooming the checkout worker pointed out that my dog was bleeding from his nails being trimmed too short. I’m not surprised he didn’t want them to touch his paws after that. The only perk to this groomer is that their schedule is very open and you can get them in within a week. I didn’t realize beforehand that this was actually a red flag!
