PetSmart Grooming

Kaylee is great with my Odie. He gets really excited and anxious when he goes, but he’s always a happy boy. All the groomers have done a great job on him!

My puppy gets real nervous but he had a great experience before and I don’t remember the name of the previous girl but she did great! , but Casey h no shame on her I could tell she was having a bad day, she doesn’t have the patience and animal loving personality and my puppy noticed. We picked him up after an hour he had a shower and he was still wet. I pay 35 for that 🙁

Whatever you do, don’t take a sick cat there they’ll charge you $60 just to weigh him and then say they can’t do anything for him

Price were $5 more than adevertised online. I was trying it, because they were cheaper than Petco. After an additional $5 they are more expensive. I asked for the whole PAWdicure which is nail trim, nail grind, pad trim, ear cleaning, spritz, and bandana. They said he wasn't letting them neer his paws so they just did the trim. I can understand that difficulty, but they could have done ears spritz and bandana. Also Petco has never had such difficulty they couldn't finish his nails. I figured they just down graded to the trim and would only charge the $12 for the trim, but when I checked out the chaged me for the whole PAWdicure! The cashier gave me a 15% discount without question which I greatly appreciated. It did not bring it down to the price of just a trim, but I felt partially at fault since my dog wouldn't sit for it. From now on I'm going to a private local groomer or Petco. This was ridiculous.

They said my poodle had a heart mummer but the Vet said no. They said extra charges because the Aussie had Matt's in his hair. I thought that is what dog groomers were to do brush dogs hair to remove Matt's. Looking for new groomer

Strangled my dog til meat came out of his eyes! Then called animal police after abuse for him retaliating! They suck and my suggestion would be go to an independent groomer who takes time to know to know your dog! Because petsmart grooming has a revolving door with keeping satisfying groomers.

Unfortunately, I don't have a pet anymore (bad allergies). I was at this location to pick up an order for one of my customers. I gave this location 5 stars because of the well organized shelves and the customer service. Everything was in place and once I realized items were grouped by brand, it made my shopping a lot easier!
