Just Wash Dog Grooming & Retail

Took my lab a sons husky in for their first time. They took care of their ears teeth and nails and deshedded them. Lab is chill as ice husky all you got to know is she a husky lol I warned them. I am familiar with her antics so I expected them to say never again. But they were so happy an supportive about it. Left with booking a two month groom again. Very happy !!

I love this place so much. Let me start by saying, I warned the groomer that the black one was old and basically falling apart and that this would probably be her last haircut. I gave her the option to turn her away because honestly she smells like her age, she’s blind and deaf, and has a real nasty ear that we’ve just been maintaining as much as we can without sending her under the knife. Without a beat, the groomer told me not to worry and understood where I was coming from. I just wanted her to leave this world as beautiful as she came in and they did that for me. The nicest people, the best price, and the most love&care. This is my second time here and I spent 6 months hoping I found it again because I wouldn’t go anywhere else and lost the name. Trust that their name and address are saved in my phone for good now.

I have taken my dog here twice and we will not be returning after this last experience. The first time I took him they did a decent job but honestly I didn’t really notice a difference in his hair cut, it more so just looked like they trimmed him. So this time around I made sure I had a picture of what I was wanting along with explaining how I did not want him cut super short or buzzed since he is a mini Aussie and if you cut their hair to short it will mess up their coats and their hair will not grow back the proper way. When I tell you I left the shop feeling nervous I knew I was going to come back and he was not going to be groomed the right way. THEY BUZZED HIM ALL THE WAY DOWN!!!!!! I have never been so upset by something like this before but when I say my dog doesn’t even look like my dog I have a problem. And on top of all of that his haircut isn’t even and it took the almost three hours after they said it should take an hour or hour and a half. Definitely do not recommend taking your dog there. Oh on top of that they will try to argue with you about it. Here’s a photo of what I was wanting and then a before and after of him.

We absolutely love taking our dogs to these groomers! They are so sweet and so good with our dogs. They treat us like family! Plus, they only charge half the price of the big name groomers! They also have so much clothing and accessories available for your pets.

I would advise people NOT to take your dogs here. I dropped off my two French poodles and asked for a poodle cut and they told me they could. They were not given poodle haircuts at all not even close, and I think that’s a haircut most people know what it’s supposed to look like I don’t know what that haircut my dogs were given was. One of them was completely shaven off and the other must have been abused because she had a bald spot and her skin was irritated. I was extremely angry when I realized this. That is not how you treat dogs.

My dog Luciano only needed a wash and nails to be trimmed and specifically asked not to trimming his fur. I am so sad and Luciano can feel how badly he looks. They chopped my dogs hair, a cut that took me 10 years to get it to perfection, his beared and main was everything on his looks and now he looks like a poodle and he is not one. They shaved him terribly and cut on places without any experience. I am frustrated and will never but never take my dog there. Here are pics of the chopping on top of his head. Also, they chopped his hair cutting his beard leaving a few hairs. Again, aside from his loving personality his hair cut made the Luciano with the cool hair cut everyone we go, until they CHOPED my dogs hair. Once again, i am really sad because after i asked not to cut his hair they did it anyway and Luciano feels ashamed, i can tell he is not acting his normal self

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We don’t go anywhere else since we took Roscoe & Darla our two ShihTzu’s. Highly recommended.
