Just Dawgin' it

Julie has worked miracles with Koa. Something happened at his previous groomer and we were left with 75 pounds of absolute terror when it came to any attempt to groom him. Drugs helped but he was still terrorized and several groomers gave up. Then we found Julie. We continued with drugs and gentle patience and he started to relax. And today, the miracle. With no drugs as support, he jumped out of the car, walked in the door and through the double baby gates and went to Julie’s station. And sat and looked at me as if to say, "What was all the fuss?" I never thought I’d see him happy at the groomers again.

We followed Lexi from former salon in Pleasant Hill and continue to trust her to provide our elder dog Frank with a nice groom each and every time. As he has aged, his needs have changed. Lexi is caring, and yes, we’ve had eyelashes trimmed in error - a quick head turn, and oops! We were thankful that Lexi made left and right sides symmetrical! Frank does not show stress walking in or out of Just Dawgin’ It (as he does approaching the Vet); and believe the "timeouts" approach is why. I just referred a neighbor to Lexi and will have Frank continue to have his spa days with her!

Dustin does an exceptional job on my two Pomeranians, Dutches's and Milo, they sport a Teddy Bear cut, so cute!! All groomers are terrific and very friendly, and welcoming!! Thanks for the great service…..

Otto has only ever been groomed by Lexi and the team. Otto loves them, I love them and never have any reason to look elsewhere. I wish Just Dawgin it the very best of luck always ❤️

Rating: 5 paw prints! My pup, Snickerdoodle, used to dread grooming days. She'd shake, whine, and refuse to go inside the grooming salon. Enter the Just Dawgin' It groomers! These miracle workers have transformed grooming into a tail-wagging spa day for her. Not only do they give Snickerdoodle the most adorable cuts, but their kindness knows no bounds. When I had an injury, they gently helped me get her in and out of the car - talk about going the extra mile! Before we found these groomers, Snickerdoodle's grooming experiences were so traumatic! Now, she prances right into the shop, tail wagging with excitement. It's a joy to see! If you're looking for an affordable, caring, talented, and dog-loving groomer, look no further. Just Dawgin' It is the absolute best! Highly recommend!

They are amazing!! They treat the dogs like kings and queens, they're all so talented and patient 💜🐾 I run a rescue and we bring in dogs that are terrified and they'll patiently wait all day at times to get them done! I just love them ☺️ so do our dogs 💜🐾💙🐾

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! When they are taking too long with your fur baby it's not because "your dog is so overdue" but because they work with more than one dog at once and they will put ur dog aside and keep your dog in a crate for very long without finishing the job first. How do I know this? Because me and my partner decided it to show up when 2 and a half hours had pass and no message or phone call was received. When we arrived and peeked we saw our poor baby put aside in a crate while she was cutting a new dog. Which that dog was not there when we drop ours off. LEXI was our beautiful dog's groomer and the last time she groom my dog she did a horrible job, very rushed, ears cut soooo bad and not only that but she cut off all her eyelashes when we had asked not to. I wouldn't be surprise if the hot spot (infection on her skin) came from there. Very unprofessional she didn't even refund us half of the money, she basically only refund us the tip we gave her and never even apologized. Never again!
