PET PARADISE GROOMING

Very disappointing experience. I gave very specific, albeit very doable, instructions about what I wanted to have happen as far as his "grooming style". Well, they didn't even come close and it didn't really look like they took their time, although I was the first client scheduled, with my three dogs. Although they did some stuff, my dog didn't look much like I requested & paid for, along with a tip. The one positive is that they got his body hair right because requested they keep it a little longer so need stay warm. I could go on, but I won't.

I took my doodle here for years and it always looked okay. Now that I have a Poodle though, I won't be bringing her back. They are easy to book with & more affordable than most, but do not have the skills for a Poodke cut. They couldn't understand the haircut I asked for despite having a photo to work from. They apologized that the cut looked so bad & fixed as well as possible, but you can't put the fur back onto my puppy where it was meant to be left long.

We had both our dogs on different days bathed and brushed out. They both were nervous, thank you for your kindness Victor. They both look beautiful and smell so good. We will be back. Great place. Thank you again. Xoxo Lacey and Zoey

I had been there a few times and had to send my dog back to the back for correction of details but somone caught on this last time and did an absolute perfect job!! I realize that it takes time to learn a dog too.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. I started bringing my Chihuahua here when she was little and the services have been nothing but great she has since passed and we have adopted a short hair Chiweenie who weighs 11lbs and of course I’ve been bringing him here for the last four years Every six weeks. Pricing is always been really affordable. I paid 30 bucks for bathing, nail clips and glands and always tip $10 as a thank you. For a total of $40 Today I brought in my Chiweenie and my daughter’s dog and was told that it’s $115 for both of them. The lab is $60 and the Chiweenie is $50. To my surprise I was shocked. I could not believe that the prices were raised that much without any notice. For a bath, nails and glands for an 11lb dog when 6 weeks ago it was $30. They said that my Chiweenie is now $50 versus the normal 30 that I used to pay…. $20 price increase without any warning in the last six weeks is a bit excessive for me. I would’ve liked to at least been informed at the time I made the appointment or even when I dropped them off, but to let me know when I picked them up but at the time of payment is mind blowing. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be be returning, sad since I have been coming here for a very long time

My dog is anxious about nail clipping and fights a lot. I have had PetSmart and Petco groomers giving up that they cannot clip his nails. I tried different things with positive reinforcement, treats, numbing with clippers..etc Nothing worked! I was on the brink of giving up his clipping. My friend at evening dog park recommended this place. They got him clipped in no time, Pet Paradise will have my dog for his grooming now on. Thank You!
