I brought my goldendoodle to this shop today. It was my first time so the experience was free. I did the self service wash and dry. Since it was my first time, everything was explained to me by a very friendly girl named Emily. They have everything there that you would need to wash your animal (shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes etc) including and apron for yourself. There was no pressure on any "up sales" of any kind. There was also no feeling of being rushed or a time limit, which was nice because my dog has a lot of hair to get dry. The place was also very nice and clean. I saw no hair or debris floating around.

What a fantastic experience for our pup and for me! The staff were very friendly, communicative and reassuring. Megan was the groomer and she did a beautiful job. She gave me some tips on caring for his ears between grooming appointments. A friend recommended Pet Bar Boutique and we are so glad she did! We will definitely return!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have a corgi mix her vet papers say she weighs 35 but the groomer said 40 which ok no big deal. When I called she told me it was 55 for her grooming just bath no haircut. I said ok that’s fine, I show up to pick her up she said she weighs more and she’s classified as large dog so it’s 65…. On the board above the register it literally states large dog 55$ not to mention that’s what she had told me on the phone and even me saying she weighed 35 pounds still covered her in the large dog range because I’m the board for 55$ it says weight from 30-50 pounds for large dogs. Then I get my dog AND SHE LITERALLY IS STILL SO HAIRY HAS HER HAIR POCKETS ALL OVER HER THAT THEY DIDNT REMOVE. What’s the point in a groomer? I could’ve bathed her myself and brushed her and deshedded her for 70$ when yall didn’t do yalls job. I will be back to get a picture of the baked staying 55$ for a large dog.

I took my kiddo, Barnabas, here this afternoon for a self-service bath after a really rough & tumble 3 hour play at the dog park down the street. The service here is top notch! Where do I begin? I was greeted with a smile before even making it to the door. The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me set everything up since it was my first time. He was very welcoming to Barns and went so far as to get the water warm for us, explain and show me everything step by step - he also provided an extra bottle of dirty-dog shampoo since Barns has a super dense fluffy (and park adorned) coat to help out the wash. There were 3 different soap options as well as a crème rinse. Fluffy towels and 2 different blow-dryer options - the industrial pet dryer with a high/low setting - and a standard blow dryer with cool and warm settings that were both perfect for dryer. Definitely recommend using this place - I love that it’s small, offers grooming as well and I prefer shopping small-biz anytime it’s possible. They also support the Conroe PD which I LOVE!!! I was a little too consumed to remember to take a photo there but I got one of Barnabas worn out from a full day and great bath & blowdry! Thank you so much for helping me!

I took my Border Collie to Petbar and they were so good and caring with him. He got a de-shed bath and an all over grooming. He came out looking great and very happy. We will definitely go back.

This was the first time I took Millie to the petbar and it was an amazing experience. I told them what I wanted to be done and they did it. Everyone was really nice. I am very happy. We will be back.
