Jerry was able to bathe and groom our hard-to-handle, aggressive, large male cat. This is second groomer we've tried, and he did a great job! We'll be going back.
Jerry has been grooming our large (Dane/Poodle) mix for close to a year now. He always does a fantastic job and is very patient being our timid dog. After years of trying to eliminate the stained fur coloring due to allergies, and trying every medication and special diets, Jerry recommended a shampoo that worked amazingly.
Terrible grooming experience at this store. Do not use. He kept my dog much longer than he said he would. Did not trim feet. Coat was very uneven. I rarely complain about service related products, but this experience was so bad. And I don't want anyone else to have this exp.
They handled my husky who is getting older and has a sensitive hip. He didn't hate it, that's a first. Actually went back with me to give the groomer a tip.
