Petco Grooming

Extremely disappointed with the grooming my puppy received. She looks like a completely different dog and not in a good way. It should have been a red flag to me upon checking in, the groomer asked what I was looking for and as I told her she said "you probably don’t want to bring your dog to Petco". I was looking for my adorable puppy to be scissored which she said you don’t do. I was looking to have her evenly clipped to 1 1/2 in long all the way around which she said she couldn’t do. I asked to leave tail, ears, and don’t make her look like a poodle. Well, guess what, she looks like a poodle pointy nose and all. This was by far the worst experience I have had anywhere!!! All I can hope for now is for my 5 month old beautiful puppies hair to grow out so that she looks like she is suppose to. For the money I paid which was overpriced and absolutely not worth what I received I know now that I will never be back not even to purchase food. One other thing, I don’t know what was done with our puppy behind closed doors but, she is down/sad and not acting herself at all. You should lose whatever license you have to go anywhere animals.

The staff were incredibly kind and patient with my dog. Marc and the owner (I didn’t catch her name) were both warm, professional, and so gentle with my buddy. She’s a sweet dog but gets pretty anxious when the nail clippers come out, and they handled her with such care and understanding. They were able to give her the nail trim she desperately needed without adding to her stress. Thank you for your kindness and for providing such wonderful service—we truly appreciate it!

Alexis did a wonderful job with our golden doodle! Our dog looks beautiful and was very happy when I picked her up.

Very patient with my sometimes, very often, sassy and impatient Husky pup. She had the mini make rover and now her nails are buffed, her breath is fresh and she's back looking fresh.

Fabulous job grooming my wire haired mutt! She went in looking like a shaggy, scruffy goof and came out looking like a sleek, dignified sweet dog. Thank you, Olivya!

We love our pet groomer. Lexi always gets super excited to arrive at Petco.

Service was great the cut was perfect and they were very courteous, I would recommend them to anyone.
