Amazing experience! Cecilia did a fantastic job grooming my dog—she was caring, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Working with Carolina for my dog's boarding was equally wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had complete peace of mind knowing my dog was well cared for, happy, and safe. Highly recommend their team for both grooming and boarding services!

Upon picking up my dogs, I observed that both dogs were limping on their rear foot, which was not present prior to their visit. This immediately raised serious concern for their well-being and the care they received while in your facility. I promptly called and left a message for the owner to report the issue and to seek clarification regarding what may have occurred. Unfortunately, I have not received any response, which has further added to my concern and frustration regarding this matter. As a pet owner, I trust that my dogs will be handled with proper care, at all times.

Took my golden retriever, Duke, to his first grooming ever and they treated Duke with so much love and care. Duke is a little timid and gets anxious very easily, they made sure to be patient and careful with him with I respect so much. They provided an amazing treatment and service and helped me pick the best service for duke.The lady in the front was extremely kind and friendly. I ended up paying $196 including tip so prices are reasonable for their service. I would 100% be back and would recommend.

The best groomers around. I’ve tried every groomer local to Parkland over the years, and there truly is no comparison. The quality of the grooming is outstanding, the packages are easy to understand, the pricing is very fair, and the facility is always spotless. I’ve been coming here for years with two very different dogs over time. My previous dog, a small Maltese/Shih-Tzu, required regular haircuts and very meticulous ear care. Now I bring my current dog, a large Golden Retriever with completely different needs. They’ve been exceptional with both and consistently provide incredible care. I also really love the staff… they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly care about the dogs. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

I’m very please and it’s so amazing there, everyone is so accommodating and so kind to our little Coca. He is so happy and walks aground so confident after each trim they really give him self confidence and I can see it in his strut 🥰

The haircut they gave my Golden Retriever would have turned out better if my little kid had done it; the fur was all choppy—a horrible experience.
