City Pet Mobile Grooming

I gave City Pet Mobile grooming a try after my previous groomer retired. I was very nervous to try some place new. However, I have to say that this may be the best grooming experience my dog has ever had. Communication between the owner was terrific and he accommodated my appointment request immediately. The tech, Hector, was very pleasant and friendly and he gave my dog exactly the cut I communicated. I couldn’t be any happier with the service Hector provided and I’ve already I re-booked my next appointment. They are fairly priced and the service is convenient. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Wish I could rate ZERO stars! This company is a joke!! I stayed with them way too long. The groomer doesn’t speak English, so unless you speak Spanish, you gotta talk work through a translator trying to explain what you want. They cut my dog’s ears every time, making them bleed and leaving scabs after, even though I asked to be mindful. But the worst is the lack of respect to customers; they arrived late EVERY TIME with DIFFERENT EXCUSES! Blaming other clients for their misbehaving dogs supposedly delaying their schedule, traffic, even though we know the rush hours and running a business you have to account for it! Today my appointment was scheduled at 8:30am (no previous dogs to blame), when I texted at 8:40 to confirm, I was told groomer is on his way and will be at 9:15, "they can’t control the traffic" and since I didn’t appreciate another delay, they canceled on me! Absolutely ridiculous!! This business is a joke and please look elsewhere- they are rude disrespectful and unprofessional! Not even worth 1 star!

I called on Monday requesting an appointment. They agreed to come on Wednesday between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. I called on Wednesday at 3:00 to confirm and they confirmed, but they never arrived, they didn't even send a message apologizing, lack of seriousness, I waited 3 days for them to never come and my newly adopted dog needed to have his nails cut.

Would highly recommend. Easy to set up a day & time for my pet, was on time and did a wonderful job. Competitively priced. Will be using again!

Amazing service. Michelle & Katherine are amazing groomers. Our dogs never looked better. The convenience of being mobile cannot be understated. I highly recommend this mobile grooming service to everyone. Thank you!
