PetSmart Grooming

Hi I called today on 6/25 to schedule my dog a grooming appointment. The first time I called, I was told someone would be right with me and 10 minutes later , no one came to the phone. I called back and waited 5 minutes for anyone to answer the phone and it was a man who initially placed me on hold, then came back 6 minutes later saying the groomers were shaving a cat and no one can help currently. I told him about my wait times and he became very confrontational and told me I was lying about the wait. I told him he was very disrespectful and hung up. I called back to ask for a manager and he replied he was the manager. I requested the corporate number and now he had all these times to fit me in, but I said I just wanted the corporate number due to his rudeness. He wouldn’t give me the number or his name so i came into the store to buy dog food and found out his name is David D. I’ve been a long term customer for my dogs and now I will never return due to lack of common courtesy and definitely a lack of customer service skills to be a manager. I have documentation of the times of my calls and I have a recording app on my phone that captured the conversations which I am sending to corporate. I can’t believe PetSmart would have someone as a manager working there.

The grooming department on Howe Ave. In Cuyahoga Falls Oh. cut my pups hair was suppose to take an inch off body and just puppy trim around face teddy bear cut around face to make evenly round totally cut my baby's hair off big patch gone on his forehead body uneven all over I gave pics tried to contact groomer who did it never even got a call back tried calling her again she was on vacation went up there talk to Supervisor and she didn't care at all did not even try to make my situation better at all no discount on next cut nothing told me he didn't do good on leash during cut you are a grooming business if they can not cut a pus hair then they they should have a called me to come get him instead of messing up his hair uneven all aver and big patch gone from front of head a Bichon is what I have I would never recommend PetSmart Howe Avenue to no one and I showed her the pictures after her not caring about me as the customer or my baby I said this is bad Business and I will not be back her response was I don't know what you want me to do and OK bad Business and Non caring God Bless them

We made an appointment for grooming for my Bishpoo. He was a mess...uneven cut...Mohawk on top of his head...not trimmed properly around the eyes. I had to fix the cut when I got him home... and his nails were not grinded down very well. They had him nearly 4 hours and this was with an appointment!!! Not going back! $77.00 for a terrible groom.

Me and my girlfriend called ahead to schedule an appointment for a bath for our dog who doesn’t get along with other dogs when they were not busy as to make the appointment painless. Upon arrival the staff were rude and unaccomadating for our concerns the groomer was super rude the manager defended her employees rude behavior what was a simple bath for a short hair boxer with an appointment took nearly two hours to realize they put walk ins priority over appointment didn’t bother blow drying my dog to get him out and home with us the groomer left my poor dog soaking wet inside a kennel freezing will never return to any of there stores or grooming centers Ashame people like this are even allowed around animals!!! If you care about your dog don’t bring them here.

Girl with the blue hair needs to go she ripped me off on a return because a previous employee rang fish up wrong. Straight up lied about it too. This was after a manager told her to refund it as well. She's got mental issues or something going on. She's purposely driving customers away from this store.

If you love ur dog this isn’t place to take their worker attitude is bad and they don’t do their work properly

I love the staff but hate the prices. Their commercials say they do anything for pets.. except make the prices affordable, lol
