If i could give them 1000 stars i would! We’ve not been able to get our puppies nails trimmed due to her anxiety and aggressiveness when her feet are touched. They were so gentle and sweet to her, they had the perfect touch! Will never go anywhere else!

Melanie did amazing with my girl Cali! She's a 55lb pitbull mix and sweet as can be. She gave Melanie lots of kisses and she came out so happy. Her coat feels so soft and she smells good too. Very very very good prices as well. Already set up her next "spa day"with Melanie!

First time here with my cat, they were so friendly and helpful. They provided a brush out, light shave down and nail trimming. They were so gentle with him and I didnt have to wait too long, it wasnt expensive either. I was expecting 80-100. But it was 55! Thankyou again!

Best CAT GROOMERS ever!!!!! I take my big fluffy cat here about every 6 weeks for the last 2 years. They do such an amazing job cleaning and brushing my cat, Lion. Their price is very affordable too! They get out all of his loose shedding fur and this prevents him from getting matted. He comes home smelling clean and with the softest fur ever. The people here also love my cat and talk to him and cuddle him. They tell me he purrs the whole time while they groom him. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better cat groomer.

Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve been grooming Standard Poodles for 28 years and usually groom my own Goldendoodle, but I was short on time and needed help while in the Cuyahoga Falls area. I stopped in first thing in the morning, and the staff—especially Melanie—were so welcoming and kind. She fit my dog in for a bath on the spot and had her done in just 90 minutes. When I picked her up, my dog was happy, spotless, smelled great, and was beautifully brushed out. Melanie was friendly, professional, and confident in her grooming skills—I’ll definitely be coming back for more detailed trims in the future. The location is convenient, secure, and well-run. You ring the bell and may have to wait a moment, but once the door opens, you’re greeted like their top priority. So impressed—highly recommend!

This place is the best for you and your pet(s) as are Danette and Melanie, the groomers. We had taken our beloved dog Pudge, RIP, to Danette for years. Not sure who Pudge loved more, Danette and Melanie or us, LOL! We now have our daughter taking her dog, Franz, there for grooming...and they live in Columbus. Ahhh, and as a bonus we get to see both for a too infrequent visit, 🤫 Danette's establishment is clean and very welcoming. Prices are reasonable. Service is provided with love, care and safety for your pet. We have referred many, all who are very happy with the services they have received.
